WEST SUMBAWA, INDONESIA - AN UNTOUCHED PARADISE! | VLOG #23
This time we're near Maluk in Sumbawa, Indonesia, a truly remote and untouched paradise west of Bali and Lombok. It has some of the best waves in the world and that's why a lot of surfers come here for surfing. However, West Sumbawa is about so much more than surfing. It has beautiful empty beaches (Scar Reef, Jojo's Beach and Luah Beach), offers great options for hiking and has some of the bluest secret lagoons.
Check out the vlog to see what things to do in Sumbawa and also see our wonderful encounter with some local women in the rice fields, you won't see that in many places in the world. Going to Sumbawa is definitely more adventure than going for a standard holiday in the Gili Islands and although it is a bit more rough and remote, that's also the charm of it. There are very few places in the world that haven't been discovered and exploited yet, West Sumbawa is one of those, so take your chance if you're up for it!

Scuba diving Takatsegili reef in Moyo Island. This was the first dive of the trip and a beginning of diving week. We went straight down to 27m and started slowly ascending to the surface. We spotted one black tip reef shark on this dive but the shark was too far away to film. Indonesia is one of the best places on earth to scuba dive.
