Brennan Wines - Queenstown
Situated in the vineyard sub-region of Gibbston, the cellar door location of Brennan Wines is in a truly stunning setting.
In the winter patrons can sample elegant wines by the open fire and gaze out at snow-capped mountains from the warm interior of the converted shed. When the winter sun permits it, and during the hot Central Otago summer days, the dramatic views can be enjoyed outdoors in the picnic area which is decked out with picnic tables and cherry blossom trees. The Pétanque court is a quirky addition to Brennan Wines and provides some leisurely-paced fun.

Unique Opportunity
A very unique opportunity has arisen to own one of Central Otago's best known and most highly respected award-winning vineyards.
'Mt Rosa' together with two lifestyle home sites and a substantial 1,232 hectare area of surrounding hill country for fine wool grazing is now on offer. With the benefit of existing recreational walking tracks, you could mountain bike, or enjoy a horse trek right on your own door step.
This property is very accessible and is strategically located close to Queenstown's gateway, along the Gibbston Valley being the main tourist route to Queenstown and the Southern Lakes district.
There are other established wineries and restaurants present, with further development yet to take place.
Mt Rosa is an established vineyard and property offering 35 hectares of plantings in varieties such as Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris, Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling, along with Gamay Rose and Pinot Blanc. Sound relationships have been formed with other retail and wholesale outlets setting the platform for further development. Facilities for wine tasting, an implement shed, and staff amenities are all available on site. There is also an opportunity to construct your own winery onsite.
There is ample spring water for irrigation of over 7 million litres per day, supported by a permit from the Otago Regional Council.
Mt Rosa has room for further expansion. It is very rare that a property of this nature comes to market in this location. This property has unlimited potential to grow an already established and internationally known business further. Take this property to the next phase, and enjoy the fruits of your labour.

Hiking the Tongariro Crossing in New Zealand | TnT Travel Vlog
The Tongariro Crossing is considered one of the best day hikes in all of New Zealand. It's quite the challenge and not for the faint of heart, but this journey is full of breathtaking views, rugged terrain, volcanic craters, and steamy lakes. Did we mention the journey is 19.4 kilometers? It took us nearly six hours to complete, but don't regret it this adventure at all. It's worth it!
