This is may first time visiting Mt. Fuji ,Fifth Station, Sengen Shrine and Oshino Hakkai and it was really really fun. I recommend you guys to visit and see the beauty of Mt.Fuji and some places in Yamanashi, Japan.

Mount Fuji, altitude 3776m, is considered one of Japan's Holy Mountains. The 5th Station at 2300m is the highest street access with shops etc before the final ascent to the peak, about 4hours from here. We made a brief stop here on my tour of this Volcanic region of Japan.

Mount Fuji 5th Station, Hakone Pirate Ship Cruise, Onsen Hotel | Day 10 | Hakone, Japan
Day 10 in Japan, we rented a car in Odawara and drove to Lake Kawaguchiko, which is said to be the nicest place to see Mount Fuji from afar. We saved a lot of money on our airbnb accommodations so we decided to splurge one night for our hotel stay at Fuji Kawaguchiko Onsen Hotel with an on-suite onsen and a view of Lake Kawaguchi. With an included 12 course dinner worth $150, a traditional ryokan experience, spectacular views and a buffet breakfast, the $600 CAD price tag was justified.
Next morning we headed to Mt. Fuji 5th station and tried their black ice cream. After turning our mouths black, we headed back down to the Togendai Port and boarded the Hakone Pirate ship cruise and toured around Lake Ashi.
We ended the night by taking the Romance train into Tokyo where we had conveyor belt suhi at Genki Sushi in Shibuya. A few more days in Tokyo and that'll conclude this Japan series, thanks for watching!

I drove the family up to the Fujinomiya 5th station on the side of Mount Fuji. It was a little cloudy and as expected quite windy.

Hi guys! Sharing to all of you our experience going to Mt. Fuji. The place is beautiful!!!!! I am awed by its beauty. We rented a van going there to save more time and its a bit hassle free since the driver already know the must places to visit. He took us to the 5th station which is the closest we can get to the beautiful Mt. Fuji. It was extremely cold since its already snowing already at the highest peak of the volcano.

On The 5th Station Of Mount Fuji
Mount Fuji 5th Station is at 2,300meters and can be access by cars and tour buses going up the mountain. From this fifth station, hikers and climbers start their ascents going up to the tip of Mount Fuji.
There is a lot of interesting points to discover from entering the subaru line going up to the fifth station of Mount Fuji.
