Mundaka is a town located in northern Spain between Donotia-San Sebastián and Bilbao in the province of Biscay and in the autonomous community of Basque Country. Mundaka is famous for its surfing wave. This video was shot in Mundaka's low winter season between Dec 29, 2015 and January 1st 2016.

Filmed from near the harbour side. The beautiful town of Mundaka hosts one of the best surfing wave in the world when the conditions are right. The town is also really lively with many bars serving beer and Pintxo, which are snack foods on bread. It gets very busy in August but not too busy. It was a great place to visit and the whole coast is mountainous and beautiful with many places to surf and bike.

There's a strange phenomenon in Mundaka, The Basque Country. When the waves of the sea meet the sandy banks of the Oko river mouth they make huge waves. Thanks to this Mundaka is a surf heaven.
