Ep.12 - Murrays Beach and Green Patch in Booderee National Park
Hey gang and welcome along to another adventure out in the Australian countryside. This week I pay a visit to the eastern side of the Booderee National Park and in particular to Murrays Beach, Murrays Beach Boat Ramp and Green Patch. These are some of the most pristine beaches you'll find anywhere in the world and amazing locations to explore. Enjoy :)

JERVIS BAY AREA // MURRAYS BEACH, HUSSKISON, HYAMS BEACH & BRISTOL POINT BEACH
Just when you thought the South Coast of NSW couldn't get any better, it did!
Classified with the whitest sand in the southern hemisphere Hyams Beach is a tourist spot in this area which you have probably hear across somewhere in your travels. But take it from a local, its over rated. Why not check out one of these other beaches around the area like Murrays Beach or Bristol Point Beach?
In this video Meg takes us to the Jervis Bay Area and shows us some of the amazing beaches you can expect to find around this area. My fave beach is Murrays but I was blown away by how stunning Bristol Point Beach as was and the fact I had never discovered it before just blew my mind.
Jervis Bay Area is about 1.5 hours north of Batemans Bay and a couple hours south of Sydney. The township of Huskisson is always bustling and there are great eateries and boutique shopping to be discovered. You could certainly make a weekend of it and get out of the city as there are a range of accommodation options in the town and I believe there are also some amazing camping spots just outside of the township.
If you would like to check out any of these spots we will include the links to each of the beaches seen in this video below:

Jervis Bay is famous for its sparkling white sand and crystal clear water!
Murrays beach shore dive July 3, 18
This time Steve and I went up to Murray's Beach in Jervis Bay.
We took the scooters and had a short run to a nearby shallow reef and spent about an hour exploring and having a look around.
Tell you what, I am lovin my scooter. You just glide along at a nice slow pace with no effort on your part. The only problem is when you decide to fin it for a while, you realise just how much air and effort you use to get somewhere. With the scooter you just get to where you want to go, park it - or use it as a video platform. It makes a really stable camera mount letting you get nice and close to the wildlife. Its light at slightly positively buoyant so it's no effort to hold or point.

Diving in Jervis Bay, South Coast of NSW, Australia is exciting. In this video, you will see what Murrays Reef and Currarong Beach have to offer!
The Jervis Bay territory is known for its abundant variety of marine life and distinctive underwater landscapes, which makes this part of the coast worth to explore and discover. So, check out what the local and super knowledgeable diver Sue Newson from Crest Diving JB has to show.

Murrays Beach Walk Jervis Bay
This is a nice and easy 6km walk in Booderee National Park at Jervis Bay. It takes us past Murrays Beach and then around to the cliffs and along the edge to Governors Head before returning to the start.
Ep.35 - To Whiting Beach from Summercloud Bay
It's supposed to be winter, but it doesn't feel much like it here in South Coast NSW. Over the June long weekend I paid a visit to the southern edge of Jervis Bay to have a look at Whiting Beach - a pristine little inlet on the wild southern (ocean) side of Booderee National Park.
