A close inspection of the male Ruddy Darter - Sympetrum sanguineum. A small but intensely vivid pillar box red (with superb contrasting black legs) dragonfly. Filmed & recorded for the very 1st time, here at Thorpe Marsh Nature Reserve, England - early September 2012.
