Fleeing the Central African Republic, saving art in Egypt, and more - The Observers F
Story 1: Central African Republic
Our first Observer today comes from the Central African Republic. He is one of tens of thousands of Muslims who have fled the country to avoid being targeted by mostly Christian militias. The trip was long and dangerous.
Story 2 : Egypt
To Egypt now, where three years of political upheaval have taken a toll on the country's archaeological treasures. The latest incident was last month, when a car bomb exploded outside police headquarters in Cairo, damaging the Museum of Islamic Arts across the street. Our Observer is an arts restorer, who's created a special team for just this kind of incident.

Infolive.tv in Central Africa
Infolive.tv took its cameras to the Central African Republic and brought back the images from the country in which "A man is worth another man." This slogan by the father of the Central African nation, Barthélémy Boganda, is written in the constitution of this country but is often overlooked. However, it deserves to be known. 07/11/07
