Oral History Museum kesehatan Dr. Adhyatma tidak hanya memberikan informasi terkait kesehatan namun didalamnya juga terdapat bagaimana pengobatan tradisional pada zaman dahulu namun dengan perkembangan waktu museum ini dikenal sebagai museum santet karena pada zaman dahulu pengobatan tradisional seperti santet sangatlah terkenal. Setelah merilis museum dengan berbasis pengobatan tradisional museum ini mengangkat koleksi yang ada unsur hal mistis seperti ruang kematian dan dunia lain.

Kali ini team PM:AM mencoba membuktikan kisah menyeramkan yang ada di Museum Kesehatan Surabaya. Apakah mereka mengalami kejadian aneh di dalam Museum?
Eh tapi saking takutnya Bayu dan Bang Doel mereka sampai lupa kalau Menteri Dr. Nafsiah Mboi, SpA, MPH itu adalah Menteri yang menjabat pada era kepemimpinan Presiden Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono :(
MUSEUM KESEHATAN ATAU MUSEUM SANTET!!! | LOKASI ANGKER SURABAYA!!!
Museum Kesehatan Dr. Adhyatma, MPH ini sebenarnya didirikan pada tahun 1990 oleh seorang dokter bernama Dr. Haryadi Soeparto. Hanya saja baru benar-benar diresmikan oleh Menteri Kesehatan, Dr. Achmad Sujudi pada tahun 2004 silam tepatnya tanggal 14 September. Bersamaan dengan peresmian tersebut dibuat pula perpustakaan khusus yang mempunyai berbagai koleksi buku, kaset rekaman, majalah, video, dan bahan pustaka lainnya terkait sejarah perkembangan kesehatan di Indonesia. Bertempat di Jalan Indrapura 17, Kemayoran, Krembangan, museum ini dikenal sebagai salah satu tempat yang menyimpan kisah mistis yang sangat menarik untuk dikunjungi di Kota Surabaya. Dengan mengunjungi museum ini, kita dapat mengetahui sejarah perkembangan dunia kesehatan di Negara Indonesia. Sebelum diubah menjadi sebuah museum, bangunan ini dulunya merupakan sebuah rumah sakit kelamin yang berskala internasional dan paling besar di Asia Tenggara. Hal tersebut nampak dari bentuk bangunan yang mempunyai lorong-lorong persis seperti sebuah rumah sakit. Museum atau bekas rumah sakit ini dibangun pada tahun 1950 oleh Menteri Kesehatan RI DR. J Leimena sebagai rumah sakit kelamin. Prof Dr. Sutopo adalah seorang ahli penyakit kulit dan kelamin yang ditugaskan mengadakan penelitian yang berkaitan dengan penyakit kulit dan pemberantasan penyakit kelamin. Peletakan batu pertama dilakukan pada 10 Nopember 1951 dan Prof Dr. Sutopo diangkat menjadi direktur rumah sakit pada bulan Oktober 1953.
Ada tiga ruangan di museum ini yang bisa anda masuki saat berkunjung ke tempat ini. Ketiga ruangan tersebut masing-masing dibagi lagi menjadi bagian-bagian. Pertama adalah Ruangan Kesehatan Sejarah yang dibagi menjadi sasana Dr. Adhyatma, MPH, sasana pendidikan dan organisasi kesehatan, sasana sejarah instansi, sasana alat non medis, sasana alat medis, dan sasana flora dan fauna. Kedua Ruangan Kesehatan IPTEK yang terdiri dari sasana daur ulang dan inovasi IPTEK Kesehatan. Ketiga adalah ruangan Kesehatan Budaya yang terdiri dari sasana penyembuhan tradisional, sasana kesehatan reproduksi, sasana genetika, dan terakhir sasana kencana.
Saat memasuki museum, anda akan menemukan patung Dewa Airlangga, alat-alat kedokteran yang merupakan barang kuno, dan alat-alat kesehatan lainnya seperti simulator/alat peraga seks yang disebut sex toys, sejumlah mikroskop, kendaraan kuno, mesin foto copy jaman dulu, serta kursi persalinan dan kursi yang biasamya ada di ruangan dokter gigi. Anda juga akan melihat dua boneka seram yaitu boneka Jailangkung dan boneka Nini Thowok.
Jika di dalam film horror boneka jailangkung diceritakan sebagai boneka penyimpan kisah misteri yang dipakai sebagai sarana pemanggil setan atau arwah dalam sebuah permainan mistis, dalam sejarah perkembangan dunia kesehatan, boneka jailangkung juga digunakan sebagai alat pengobatan dan pendiagnosa penyakit. Dalam prakteknya, dua anak yang dianggap masih suci akan memegangi boneka jailangkung tersebut dan akan dipandu oleh seorang pawang. Sementara itu, boneka Nini Thowok dipercaya dapat menolak bala dan menjaga keselamatan sebuah desa. Ada juga yang mengatakan bahwa Nini Thowok adalah hantu penunggu dapur yang terbuat dari tungku dengan bahan bakar kayu. Saat melihatnya, anda akan merasakan bulu kuduk anda berdiri karena merinding membayangkan kisah misteri yang lekat dengan kedua boneka tersebut.
Melanjutkan perjalanan mengelilingi museum, selain dua boneka seram tadi anda juga akan menemukan foto-foto yang menggambarkan bagaimana masyarakat jaman dulu memperlakukan seseorang yang menderita sakit mental dengan sadis yaitu dipasung. Hal tersebut mereka lakukan karena minimnya pengetahuan tentang dunia medis. Untungnya, di jaman sekarang, segalanya lebih modern sehingga penanganan medis lebih manusiawi dan lebih efektif dalam tingkat kesembuhannya. Selain itu ada pula koleksi-koleksi benda bersejarah yang berkaitan dengan kesehatan lainnya. Ada juga beberapa jenis hewan yang diawetkan

Nang kene gak sekedar museum seng majang alat medis kuno tapi nang kene majang pisan alat klenik antarane koyo jelangkung sampek jenglot. Gak mek iku nang kene terkenal angker mulai duwe foto seng gaib, duwe peti isi kerangka, sampe ono 1 ruangan seng dikunci terus dijenengi dunia lain seng konon iki panggon paling angker, ceritane biyen sering digawe ngguwak janin bayi. lek bejo pas ono juru kuncine, awakmu iso pisan mlebu ruangan iku. Seng pengen uji nyali & mlaku-mlaku mrene iso dino senen-jumat jam 09:00-15:00 mbayare mek 1.500.

In order to save and to maintan the nation's cultural heritage, the Ministry of Health of Indonesia through the Center for Research and Technology Development and Health Services in Surabaya, initiated a health museum since 1990. The museum collects and displays health historical items since the earlier time until now. Formally on September 14, 2004, the Minister of Health inaugurated the museum and named Health Museum of Dr. Adhyatma, MPH -- MOH.
In regard to these efforts, have also realized even more advanced age, more sophisticated technology, but the nation's ancestors heritage, including the health culture can not simply left.
Therefore, the Health Museum, expected to become a medium of education or the health center learning for the public and the scientific community who care about health effort.
The purpose of this museum was built to save and preserve objects of historical value to the time of the health sector until now. Besides this museum also gives information to the today generations and future generations about health intricacies of the history, culture, science and so on.
This museum has equipped with a special library which collects and serves all library materials: books, magazines, recording tapes, video footage and others. Library materials allows for the deepening of cultural studies in health.
The collection is include all of historic objects in health services from various regions, race / ethnicity, religion / beliefs, etc; has realized in: the original object, object imitation, replica, photograph or image. While the exposure or exhibition technical in the museum is presented in a different room or a group show called 'Sasana, which is:
1. Sasana Adhyatma (Adhyatma Room)
This Sasana presents various collections of the late Dr. Adhyatma MPH when he served as Minister of Health in 1988 untill 1993. There is also a collection of inscriptions.
2. Sasana Kencana (Kencana Room)
In this room exhibited a variety of historical objects of decoration, badges of precious metal, a letter of appreciation and so on related health struggle. In the room was also presented the history and health profile of the museum pioneer.
3. Sasana Kespro (Reproduction Health Room)
Storing and displaying various items / equipment of reproduction health including; the health of mothers and children from different cultures or cultural, pregnancy health, childbirth and family planning.
4. Sasana Genetika (Genetics Room)
In this room and show the various genealogy lineage that is closely related to genetics of a dynasty, such as genealogy of various royal families in Indonesia.
5. Sasana Kesehatan Budaya (Culture Health Room)
Health efforts based on belief or supernatural, unseen world is a culture reality that had exist and developed since past time ago. An interesting phenomenon as well be a challenge for all of us to examine and uncover the mystery, so that can be utilized for our health, prosperity and humanity.
6. Sasana Fauna (Fauna Room)
We must remain alert to the animals around us. Various animals can be a mediator of disease (vector), but there are also some animals that merit as a medicine and so help us all.
7. Sasana Medik dan Non Medik (Medical And Non-Medical Room)
Various medical and non-medical health equipments are stored and displayed in this room. These objects are used by health institutions in the past times and become great historic services for our society health.

Boneka Jaelangkung di Museum Kesehatan - Surabaya
Jaelangkung adalah boneka yang dibuat dari kerangka kayu dan wajah dari batok kelapa lengkap dengan pakaian dengan sosok yang menyerupai bentuk manusia.
Boneka ini biasa digunakan untuk kontak atau interaksi dengan manusia dengan cara mengundang roh makhluk gaib masuk ke dalam boneka Jaelangkung.
