Hanzhong Municipal Museum
Hanzhong Municipal Museum was set up on November 9, in 1958. It was built on ancient Hantai, a seven meters high (23 feet) rammed earth construction. The ancient Hantai is the site of Liu Bang's Palace when he was the Han King in Hanzhong Area.
Hanzhong Municipal Museum has a collection of more than 12,000 relics including stone inscriptions, excavated cultural relics, ancient paintings and calligraphy, ancient fossils and religious statues.
