IZLOŽBA TOMISLAVA BUNTAKA LJUDSKI VRT MILOSTI
The exhibition by a renowned Croatian artist Tomislav Buntak entitled Human Garden of Mercy was opened last night, 11 May, at the Museum of Modern Art Dubrovnik. This premiere by Tomislav Buntak at the Museum of Modern Art Dubrovnik consists of a fluorescent painting environment or, more precisely, a direct painting intervention on a part of the gallery space (site-specific art), and a series of paintings (oil on canvas) as well as works that examine the very structure of drawings. Buntak is a contemporary artist who is incessantly nurturing a figurative expression in a very innovative way by questioning the very limits of the media and by expanding the perception fields of the classic media, i.e. drawings and paintings. His work has been denoted by various stylistic features such as retro-contemporary figuration or post-modern post-impressionism or, for example, by the notion of magical in art, and the artist himself is known as a postmodern nomad or a postmodern eclectic artist. He is a remarkably high-quality and a very productive young author who has been, since the early nineties (the era of socially engaged art and multimedia), systematically nurturing a figurative expression and introducing untypical biblical and mystical themes thus positively influencing the new valorization of traditional media. Curator: Vesna Delić Gozze; Author of the text in the catalog: Željko Marciuš / Izložba Tomislava Buntaka, renomiranog hrvatskog umjetnika naziva „Ljudski vrt milosti“ otvorena je sinoć, 11. svibnja u Umjetničkoj galeriji Dubrovnik.

Although she is part of the 1% of people in the world who hasn't watched Game of Thrones; Bev picked Dubrovnik - Croatia for her wedding. The town is now called King's Landing by GOT's fans; however, for Crotians, it is simply called home.
And even though you are not a fan of the show, there's more into this amazing town than the show portrays...small streets, old church, an amazing wall surrounding the town, clear water, beautiful coast, etc
If you are looking for a destination wedding...Dubrovnik is simply a great choice!
