The Museu Paulista of the University of São Paulo (commonly known in Sao Paulo as Museu do Ipiranga) is a Brazilian history museum located near where Emperor D. Pedro I proclaimed the Brazilian independence on the banks of Ipiranga brook in the Southeast region of the city of São Paulo, then the Caminho do Mar, or road to the seashore. It contains a huge collection of furniture, documents and historically relevant artwork, especially relating to the Brazilian Empire era.
The most famous work of art in the collection is the 1888 painting Independência ou Morte (Independence or Death) by Pedro Américo.
A few months after the Brazilian Declaration of Independence, people started to suggest a monument on the site where the declaration took place, although they were not sure about what sort of memorial construction to build. In 1884, Italian architect Tommaso Gaudenzio Bezzi, who was hired to develop the project, chose to build an eclectic-styled construction similar to the French Palace of Versailles with impressive and perfectly manicured gardens and fountain

Ouro Preto in Brazil - World Heritage Site by Unesco ( Full HD )
Ouro Preto (from Portuguese, Black Gold) is a city in the state of Minas Gerais, Brazil, a former colonial mining town located in the Serra do Espinhaço mountains and designated a World Heritage Site by UNESCO because of its outstanding Baroque architecture.
Founded at the end of the 16th century, Ouro Preto (meaning Black Gold) was originally called Vila Rica, or rich village, the focal point of the gold rush and Brazil's golden age in the 18th century under Portuguese rule.
The city contains well-preserved Portuguese colonial architecture, with few signs of modern urban life. Modern construction must adhere to historical standards maintained by the city. 18th- and 19th-century churches decorated with gold and the sculptured works of Aleijadinho make Ouro Preto a prime tourist destination.
The tremendous wealth from gold mining in the 18th century created a city which attracted the intelligentsia of Europe. Philosophy and art flourished, and evidence of a baroque revival called the Barroco Mineiro is illustrated in architecture as well as by sculptors such as Aleijadinho, painters such as Mestre Athayde, composers such as Lobo de Mesquita, and poets such as Tomás António Gonzaga. At that time, Vila Rica was the largest city in Brazil, with 100,000 inhabitants.
In 1789, Ouro Preto became the birthplace of the Inconfidência Mineira, a failed attempt to gain independence from Portugal. The leading figure, Tiradentes, was hanged as a threat to any future revolutionaries.
In 1876, the Escola de Minas (Mines School) was created. This school established the technological foundation for several of the mineral discoveries in Brazil.
Ouro Preto was capital of Minas Gerais from 1720 until 1897, when the needs of government outgrew this town in the valley. The state government was moved to the new, planned city of Belo Horizonte.
Ouro Preto is also a university town with an intense student life. The Universidade Federal de Ouro Preto (Federal University of Ouro Preto or UFOP) has approximately 13,000 students. Many of them live in communal houses that are somewhat similar to fraternity houses as found in North American colleges. These communal or shared houses are called repúblicas, of which 66 belong to the university, called repúblicas federais, and 250 are privately owned (repúblicas particulares).
The repúblicas system of Ouro Preto in unique in Brazil. No other university city in the country has exactly the same characteristics of the student lodging found there. In many ways, the lodging is similar to that found in Portuguese universities such as the Coimbra and the tradition may have come from there. Before universities were founded in Brazil, Coimbra was where most of the rich students who could afford an overseas education went to. Each república has its own different history. There are repúblicas in which the freshmen, also known as bixos (misspelling of bichos, Portuguese for animals), have to undergo a hazing period, called batalha (battle), before being accepted permanently as residents of the houses. The final choice of the freshmen, called escolha, has to be unanimous among the senior students of the house.
The Museu Mineralógico Da Escola De Minas (Mineralogy Museum) can be of special interest to visitors. It belongs to the Mining School of the prestigious UFOP. The School opened its doors on 12 October 1823. The Museum is located at the Praça Tiradentes (No. 20), in the town's historical center, and contains a rich assortment of minerals on display, including precious and semi-precious gemstones and large crystals. Security is tight, however (for example, no cameras are allowed), due to the incalculable value of the gemstones and ores on display.

Dear friends and viewers, like one more time for you to see and to realise that it isn't easy at all to catch the Second SUN behind those Chemicals and to be covered up by the SUN SIMULATOR and LED SUN, which must be directly behind the Technology in SPACE..hard to believe that she goes in a 300 year Circle of 'sleep' when you see the brightness and the white COLOR we all see.. but if it is because of the Simulator or because of the second SUN , which I believe is the reason for this WHITE LIGHT OF A WHITE DWARF, but this is just my THEORY and some very few people around myself, who are thinking likewise after doing some studies and even more research to this MYSTERY in our Solar System and the affecting of our Inner Solar Planets,... but all this is just SPECULATIONS and no PHYSICAL EVIDENCE can be put on the table , that our THEORY is WRONG..!!..THEREFORE I show you my findings and you deceit for YOURSELF.;).STAY SAFE FRIENDS

STRANGEST Abandoned Locations
There are so many incredible abandoned locations, it’s rather challenging to pick just a few to share with you. Some are hauntingly beautiful, others bring back memories of fighting, pain and suffering while many remind people of happier days. Each and every one of them have a remarkable story to tell, which we’ll share with you today.

11 - Hot Spot for tourists…
This Island goes by several names, either Hashima Island, Battleship Island or Ghost Island. It’s an Island that was bustling in the late 19th to mid-20th century, and had hotels, hospitals, homes, shops and parks…. And it was thanks to the coal that was plentiful at that time. When the coal ran out, so did the work. Everyone upped and left and the island was empty from 1974 and left to crumble. This has become a tourist hot spot, as the area is just steeped in history! Definitely worth a visit!
10 - Nobody’s Home…
This beauty of a castle was built for Polish Royalty in 1910. Over time, things became very uncertain and yet the castle survived a lot. It didn’t always serve as a castle though, and as the times changed, so did the purpose of the building. It survived fighting and disputes, became an agricultural educational center changed to a center that looked after mentally disabled children and it was closed down in 1997 for good.
9 - Get out of jail free…
Considered a “Model Prison” this is Presidio Modelo in Cuba. It’s been empty since 1967, and was commissioned in 1926 by Gerardo Machado. Fidel Castro spent time in this prison. The way the prison was designed allowed the guards to stand in the center of the room and be able to keep an eye on all 2,500 inmates at once. You can only imagine the stories that this prison has to tell.
8 - Wasn’t Meant to Be…
This little town in Brazil was established by Henry Ford in 1928. Fordlândia was meant to supply rubber for the automobile industry to try and bypass buying the rubber from the British. Sadly, it didn’t work out at all. The Rubber trees were not able to survive in the hilly and infertile land that Fordlândia had to offer. The people living there were also not happy about wearing ID badges and eating American food, so they revolted in 1930 and things went downhill from there. The city was abandoned in 1934.
7 - Long story, short…
In the Russian forests, you will find many of these exquisite abandoned wooden houses. Due to their extreme isolation, many of them are perfectly intact, barring what nature dealt out.
6 - If the walls could speak…
You can’t have a list of abandoned locations and not include an asylum! This is New Jersey's Marlboro Psychiatric Hospital, which operated from 1931 till 1998. Lots of strange activity was reported from this hospital, like patients that went missing, choking to their early demise and freezing to you know what. The hospital was demolished along with all its stories in 2015.
5 - Just one more visit…
The images that surface of the Hotel De Salto in Columbia are surreal. This hotel opened in 1928, and one of the drawcards was the Tequendema Falls which was 433 feet high! I find it hard to believe, but it’s said they shut the hotel down when people lost interest in the waterfall! It’s been a museum since 2012, and of course the hotel is haunted, I mean why wouldn’t it be?
4 - Off the rails…
This place certainly is! It’s an abandoned railway station in Czestochowa – Poland. In its heyday, during the industrial revolution, this station was exceptionally busy. Now, it’s one of the most mysterious places you can go visit in Poland.
3 - Not so magical…
Discovery Island is an abandoned part of Disney World. It was originally called Treasure Island, but they renamed it Discovery Island. On the island you could see exotic animals like lemurs, giant tortoises, rare birds and more. The area closed down in 1999 and the animals moved to the new Animal Kingdom. There were rumors circulating of very dangerous bacteria that was found on the island, but that hasn’t been confirmed. There have been several ideas to reopen this area, but none have come to fruition.
2 - So the story goes…
Originally built in the 1700’s, Witley Court saw huge architectural changes take place in the 19th century. It was eventually bought by the Earls of Dudley, who then sold it to Sir Herbert Smith in 1920. Sadly, a devastating fire took place in 1937, and they just couldn’t recover from it. The estate was then sold in lots and it was stripped by scrap dealers. It was taken over by the government and they restored some parts of the building. It’s now open to visitors to come and explore the gardens and what’s left of the once stately building.
