In 2006 when my wife (Natasha) and I moved to Tampa, I spoke with several real estate agents and told them what kind of area, community and home I liked. I thought they would just be able to point in the right direction. Was I wrong! None of them had a good understanding of the entire Tampa area or knew much, at all, about relocations. This is why I wanted to do a video that helps buyers understand the different / best places to live in Tampa or at least the best place for YOU and your family.
Choosing the place (area/city) to live in the MOST important decision you can make when buying a home. You buy the home – you live in the area. Once you find the best area for you, it is going to be so much easier to identify your perfect home.

USA: 1,500-mile rally celebrates 70th anniversary of victory in WWII
A 1,500-miles (2,500km) road rally was launched on Saturday at the Liberty Square in Naples, Florida, to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the allied victory in WWII in which Soviet and American troops met to end the war.
Organised by the Russian-American Community Centre of Florida, the one-week rally will make its way from Florida, pass through cities such as Miami and Orlando, all the way to Washington where a celebration is planned on April 24.

Trooper Accused of Groping Woman During Traffic Stop
It looks like a routine traffic stop as a state trooper pulls over a woman driving a pickup truck. He asks for her license and registration, but what Patricia Wilson says happens next is anything but routine. The Tennessee State Trooper tells Patricia to put her hands on the hood of his police cruiser while he frisks her, but Patricia claims the trooper actually groped her. A field sobriety test follows and after 15 minutes, the mother of two is issued a ticket for not wearing a seat belt.

Teen on life support after fight outside middle school
A 13-year old girl from Attucks Middle School ended up on life support at Texas Children's Hospital two days after a fight off campus.
Kashala Francis' mother, Mamie Jackson, says her daughter told her she was attacked by two girls after school on Thursday, and that another girl later jumped in and kicked her in the head.
Jackson says when her daughter returned home Thursday afternoon, she had a bruise on her face, but insisted she was okay.

Odessa-Midland shooting: Suspect shot and killed after multiple shootings in Texas, live stream
The Midland, Texas, Police Department said a suspect has been shot and killed at a Cinergy movie theater after multiple shootings in the Odessa-Midland area in West Texas on Saturday. The Odessa Police Department earlier posted on Facebook that there are multiple gunshot victims and at least one suspect driving around in a hijacked mail truck shooting at random people.
