FIRST TIME TRYING NINJA WARRIOR COURSE AT NINJAZ CANADA!!
This was from my first attempt at a ninja warrior course at Ninjaz Canada. It was definitely not easy and I learned that there's some work I need to do to get better at this course. I still ended up doing pretty well though, completing 12 out of 15 obstacles in under 4 mins. Do you think you can handle this?

How to Train for AMERICA NINJA WARRIOR (NINJAZ CANADA)
In this exciting video I traveled to the NINJAZ CANADA gym located in the Vaughan Ontario to try out some America ninja warrior type obstacles. I talk about how to train for America Ninja Warrior as well on how to improve your form for the salmon ladder and the warped wall! At the Ninjaz Canada gym they had a 12 foot (ft) warped wall and a 16 foot (ft) warped wall!

Ninja Warrior day #2, one month later. Some better ring swing action and salmon ladder. But the 16ft warped wall is still on my list of obstacles to master.

American Ninja Warrior 12 Submission | THE EX RACE
American Ninja Warrior (ANW) style race at the Canadian National Exhibition (CNE) in Toronto, Canada,
The CNE held a ANW style race (The Ex Race) the last 2 weeks in August 2019.
I competed August 22. This was my first time ever competing in this type of ninja race.
The crowds were crazy & the hype was insane. My first attempt was not what I wanted so they invited me to come back to compete later that day.
Hope you enjoy my experience !!
The Ex Race ~ I will see you next summer to race again.
