Camp site Nadiza - Podbela, Kobarid - camping Slovenia
- Camp Nadiza is located in teh 'Breginjski kot', which is a valley in the westernmost part of Slovenia, between the villages of Staro selo and Breginj, by the Italian border.
It meanders under the Stol Mountain on the north and the Mija Mountain on the south. From Kobarid, an old town in the picturesque Soca Valley, to Breginj, the largest village at the very end of the mysterious Breginjski kot, there lie 13 small villages above the Nadiza River, among them also the westernmost Slovenian village called Robidišče.
Just a few hundred meters from the existing camp they arranged a new place for camping (pictures above). It is equipped with a new sanitary block with sauna. There is 30 places equipped with: electricity, water, drains - so you can directly connect your camper to the infrastructure. On the three terraces there is room for tents. Minimum stay in the new camp: three nights.
At camping site Nadiža you can rent three caravans located at the most beautiful spot near the Nadiža river.
They are very suitable for larger families. Equiped with kitchen-range, refrigerator, dishes, table, chairs, bedclothes, satelite TV, electricity. Build bathroom with toilets and running water is 100 m away.
The visitors of the camp Nadiža can spend here active holidays as well. Besides swimming in natural pools of the Nadiža River and sunbathing on its banks they are offered various alternative options. They can play basketball, beach-volley, football, table tennis, bowls, or they can go biking along marked cycling paths. There is also a natural climbing wall at the entrance to the Nadiža valley.
On the slopes of the Stol Mountain (1673 m) the conditions are perfect for those who practise hiking, paragliding or hang-gliding.
