The West Norwegian Fjords are an absolutely epic UNESCO World Heritage Site. Covering the areas of Geirangerfjord and nearby Nærøyfjord, these fjords are incredibly beautiful and almost overwhelmingly impressive. It's honestly hard to describe, I don't think I've ever really been so blown away by a natural World Heritage site like this. Enjoy!

NORWAY Lillehammer to Geiranger the West Norwegian Fjords
This tour begins in Lillehammer riding the lift along the ski jump, then visits a reconstructed typical Norwegian village before traveling to Geiranger to visit the West Norwegian Fjords. Spectacular scenery at the end of May 2018 when waterfalls were at their peak. We also visit a farm where the Norwegian specialty brown cheese is made from the whey from their goat milk. This video is the first of a series of 2018 Norwegian memories.

ΠεριγραφήThe Nærøyfjord (or Nærøyfjorden) is a fjord in the municipality of Aurland of Norway. The narrow fjord is a branch of the large Sognefjord. The 18-kilometre (11 mi) long fjord is only 500 metres (1,600 ft) wide in some parts. The river Nærøydalselvi flows down the valley Nærøydalen into the fjord at the village of Gudvangen, near the highway E16. The village of Bakka and the Bakka church are located on the west shore of the fjord. Since 2005, the Nærøyfjord has been listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
