Sekinchan is a small town located about 1 to 2 hours drive from Selangor. It is one of the major rice producers in Malaysia. One of the top attractions in Sekinchan must visit is their Paddy Field which looks like the green ocean from March to May or like Golden Sand from May to June. Sekinchan Trip
My Trip to Sekinchan, 3D2N, 27 to 29 July 2019. Sekinchan is a small town on the west coast of Malaysia. It’s home to the Paddy Processing Factory, with a museum about the local rice industry. The elaborate Nan Tian Temple sits in one of the town's many rice fields. Near Redang Beach, the Wishing Tree is draped with red ribbons. Just south, the fishing village of Bagan has many seafood restaurants. The area is also a shelter for migratory birds, such as herons.
To come here from KL take around 1 hour drive or more depend on traffic. Distance around 100KM. Interesting place you can visit here is like Redang Beach, Paddie galleries, manggo king, bukit Melawati, Ah Ma house the place you can buy local product. This trip im stay ar Padi Box Homestay, where is located exactly at Paddie field. Harvest Season twice a. 1st season is end of March to Mei and January to February is resting period. And 2nd Season is Sept to Dec and resting period is July to August. If u want to c all green Paddie view growth, u can come between April n Mei 1st season or Sept to Nov 2nd Season.
