In the mornings in Nanning People's Park (a very large park in the city center), there are many groups of people who do all manner of activities, from tai chi to ball room dancing to playing traditional Chinese music. It is fascinating to spend some time walking around the park watching and listening. This particular group was one of the more well organized.

China: NANNING city review
City on the South of China, close to the beach and Vietnam, and it is capital of Guangxi state. It has tropical climate, doe in my time it was quite pleasant and much cooler then other Asian countries like Vietnam and Thailand. Nanning has many parks and great transportation system that works really well. During my stay I have not encounter not even one traffic jam, probably just coincidence, and I was not in the right place at right time, but maybe also a fact that there are not that many cars on the road, as you need to be quite rich to have a car, and a lot of motorbikes, which are electric, that contributes no noise and air pollution. During my stay I have not sensed any air pollution, also the streets are quite clean in the centre, but out of centre there is not that clean.

I love parks in China. People do sports, play music or dance. And everybody is happy.
A Day at Stone Forest Park. Nanning China.
Weekdays and especially weekends many people in Nanning go to Stone Forest Park to wander or to have a BBQ with friends and family. Though it seems hectic and noisy it is surprisingly stress free and a good time. Stone Forest Park is an urban park in the centre of the city.

That's why this trip I chose Nanning, China as the destination to explore the beautiful nature and Bama is listed in Top-3 longevity villages in the world. There are briefly reasons why :
1. Food : Locals eat raw food basically veggies, fruits and all kinds of beans.
2. Air : Normally oxygens contained is approximately 600 units compared to here 6,000-8,000 units. Literally it's 10x higher. Thousands of elders came here to spend the rest of their life here, cleansing lung and pampering themselves.
3. Happy : The traditional culture is dancing, singing, and of course socialising with neighbour.

Ancient CHINA in Nanning, Guangxi China
Ancient Chinese homes are few and far between but in Nanning China they still exist. These featured homes by the Yong Jinag River in Nanning date back to 1671 and yes people are still living in them. It is hard for them because they can't sell the land and they are to poor to move anywhere else. This video shows the good and bad of being stuck in a situation like this.
