A view of Changgang Lu from the bus. This is a typical view of one of the major arteries of Nanning connecting residents to downtown and also both railway stations, the older terminal at Nanning Railway station and the newer Nanning East Railway Station which has high speed rail service. There is also a metro subway station at the Nanning East Railway Station.

Life is always an adventure, isn't it?
Why not sneak out from the concrete jungle cities and let your heart rest in the peaceful and quite place.
That's why this trip I chose Nanning, China as the destination to explore the beautiful nature and Bama is listed in Top-3 longevity villages in the world. There are briefly reasons why :
1. Food : Locals eat raw food basically veggies, fruits and all kinds of beans.
2. Air : Normally oxygens contained is approximately 600 units compared to here 6,000-8,000 units. Literally it's 10x higher. Thousands of elders came here to spend the rest of their life here, cleansing lung and pampering themselves.
3. Happy : The traditional culture is dancing, singing, and of course socialising with neighbour.

Travel with Ray - Nanning, Guangxi, China
THE BEAUTIFUL GREEN CITY OF NANNING, GUANGXI, CHINA
We dined in DFC, almost an exact copy of KFC, featuring even an Asian Colonel Sanders.
That aside, I find Nanning one off the cleanest cities in the world. Living up to it's name, the Green City (绿城). Bikes are 100% electric while cars are either expensive sport cars or hybrids.
Transportation and their facilities ie airport, train stations etc are extremely advance here. It's like the city of the future.
Their rivers are blue and so clean that we can even just swim across it and fish are almost clearly visible. Mountains, parks, and forests are abundant, they are basically everywhere. There are no industrial buildings or businesses within over 200 miles radius of the city.
Businesses are mostly cashless and phone applications are widely used.
Unlike some parts of China I've been to, people here are mostly classy, gentle, friendly, and nice.

Ein Handicap Indo-Pazifischer Buckelwal Delfin wird als Show-Clown missbraucht.
Der Zoo stellt sich als großer Freund und Retter der Tiere dar.
Hier befindet sich ein Indo-Pazifischer Buckelwal Delfin, der gestrandet aufgefunden wurde und zur Rehabilitation nur vorübergehend aufgenommen werden sollte. Im Jahr 2013 brach sich „Laobai“ den Oberkiefer, nachdem er mit seinem Kopf in einem ungesicherten Abflussrohr des Betonbeckens steckengeblieben war. Dies geschah in der Nacht und das Personal fand ihn erst am nächsten Morgen. Seitdem muss der Handicap-Delfin an den täglichen Shows teilnehmen. Eine Auswilderung ist kein Thema mehr, denn der Handicap-Delfin ist bekannt und lockt die Besucher an.

Bruce & Iris went out on a warm but windy day in January to explore Nanning Zoo. They saw all sort of animals including parrots, tigers, lions, monkeys and many many more.

Waking Up In Our Apartment Nanning China
Just woke up in the early morning...join me as I kind of stumble my way through our apartment in Nanning. Our apartment complex has 15 buildings, most of them 26 stories high. There is a large park in the center with many tropical trees and flowers so it's a nice respite from the noise and bustle of the city.
China's NEWEST Subway System in Nanning Guangxi
China's Newest Subway System in Nanning Guangxi. Taking a tour of the newest underground metro system in China, in Nanning Guangxi. They opened in 2017 with line one and will be expanding in early 2020 with even more additional lines.
