Visiting the Beautiful Nanohana Park
Beautiful Scene In Iiyama City, Japan
If you are lucky enough you can see a cherry blossom tree surrounded by the Nanohana flowers at the same time. The views are among my personal favourite in Japan. Highly recommended for any photographer, nature lover, or people who like peace and quiet. Every land face yellow In the end of April or the beginning of May, every blossoms come out together after a long severe winter season in the northern part of Shinsyu, Nagano pref. We still feel cold in the morning and the evening, but it is rather hot in day time with sunshine from the height through very clear air.
Here, every land face is yellow in May with rape blossoms. Trees wearing very light green young leaves are seen over the yellow fields. The river face of Chikuma-Gawa, going down to the north sea, is glittering far down from the hill.

When you drive in Kagoshima, it is fun to make a brief stop at this place Ikedako Paradice.
You can see beautiful scenery and take good photographs of the lake and the mountain.
You can also buy souvenirs and have meals.

The place you SHOULD visit in Kagoshima
If you want to enjoy driving the south of Kagoshima, you cannot miss this wonderful place, lake Ikeda.
The lake is the biggest in Kyushu Island.
The beautiful contrast of flowers, Lake Ikeda and Mt. Kaimondake is just breath-taking!
In the half of the 20th century, some people have witnessed a monster Issie in the lake.
(Mt. KAIMON)
The montain Kaimon is very beautiful.
The volcano erupted in 8th century and has been dormant since then.
The mountain has the nick-name of Satsuma Fuji, which literally means Mt. Fuji in Kagoshima.
You can go up to the 2nd station of the mountain by the car.
There are free parking lots for climber.
You can climb up to the top for 2.5 hours.
You can walk down from the top to its foot in 1.5 hours.

You see many small yellow flowers in the movie.
Those flowers are called Nanohana
Those flowers are in full-broom from December to February
The flower is known as first flower which start blossom in the year.
There is a marathon held in Ibusuki City in January.
This marathon is called Nanohana marathon.
The marathon is the first marathon held in the year..

Thanks to the newly expanded Hokuriku Shinkansen, it takes LESS than two hours from Tokyo to Iiyama! There's so much to do at this all-season outdoor playground, like SUP and kayaking, cycling, paragliding and mountain trekking in the green season, riding world-famous powder and visiting the bathing snow monkeys in the winter and onsen-hopping and strolling through charming villages year 'round.

JOETSU, JAPAN ADVENTURE (PART 1)
Joetsu is located in Niigata Prefecture Japan where there are lots of hidden places to discover.
We found a very nice park near the seaside, which is also beside the Joetsu Aquarium or the so called UMIGATARI.
Few walk from that park, we found a happy place called UMINEKO CAFE where you can experience the overlooking view of the sea. Lots of people visit this place to eat. You should definitely try it! The food and the view were great!
