The luxurious surrounding of Beijing's Ritz-Carlton Financial Street Spa, is the prefect place for wealthy clients to relax and unwind.
Spas are a great refuge from the bleak winter days outside, and in Beijing, you are spoilt for choice.
Whether part of a 5-star hotel or as a stand-alone establishment, China's capital is full of options for the perfect pampering.
While hotel guests are welcome at the Spa, the majority of its customers are locals.
Aside from the pool, steam rooms and saunas, the facility has an extensive selection of beauty and therapeutic services, including massage therapies, body treatments, facials and nail services.
Even the fitness centre is also an art gallery.
Yanhong Xu works out about three times each week, before heading down for a massage.
Her husband and son are also members, though they generally only come at the weekends.

港珠澳大橋Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge是連接香港大嶼山、澳門和廣東珠海的大型跨海通道，於2009年12月15日動工，2018年5月23日完工，2018年10月24日上午9時（UTC+8）通車；設計壽命為120年。現為世界最長的沉管隧道以及世界跨海距離最長的橋隧組合公路。港珠澳大橋全長55公里，主橋全長約29.6公里。為橋隧結合結構，包括一條長約6.7公里的海底隧道及兩個人工島。其中，海中橋隧主體工程（粵港分界線至珠海和澳門口岸段）由粵港澳三地共同出資建設；海中橋隧工程香港段（起自香港國際機場人工島，止於粵港分界線）由香港方面建設，三地口岸和連接線由三地各自建設。港珠澳大橋管理局是由香港特別行政區政府、廣東省人民政府和澳門特別行政區政府舉辦的事業單位，主要承擔大橋主體部分的建設、運營、維護和管理的組織實施等工作。港珠澳大橋啟用後，穿梭香港、珠海、澳門三地的交通時間將銳減，行車時間僅需一小時左右，而且不需要再繞經虎門大橋；而港珠澳也會形成「一小時生活圈」，對粵港澳大灣區發展有象徵意義。大橋的使用者進入香港後亦可經香港的快速公路，包括深港西部通道前往深圳。港珠澳大橋是中國新的地標性建築之一，被譽為世界橋樑界的「珠穆朗瑪峰」，英國《衛報》稱之為「現代世界七大奇蹟」之一。新華社報導國家級建設港珠澳大橋創造外海築島的「中國速度」，使用221天完成兩人工島築島的世界工程記錄，縮短工期超過2年，並實現了綠色施工，又形容大橋是「中國乃至當今世界規模最大、標準最高、最具挑戰性的跨海橋樑工程，被譽為橋樑界的「珠穆朗瑪峰」。橋樑總長約23公里，按照六車道高速公路標準建設，設計行車速度每小時100公里。橋樑工程於2012年6月全面展開，劃分為5個工程合約進行施工。橋樑由非通航孔橋和通航孔橋相連組成，通航孔橋共有3座斜拉橋，自東向西依次是：青洲航道橋、江海直達航道橋、九州航道橋。其中，青洲航道橋主跨458米，為3座斜拉橋中最長，採用雙塔雙索麵鋼箱梁斜拉橋，全橋採用半漂浮體系，索塔採用雙柱門形框架塔，塔高163米，共設有14對斜拉索。橋下通航等級為1萬噸級，淨空高度42米，有效通航寬度318米。於2016年4月12日合龍。整體造型及斷面形式除了滿足抗風及抗震等要求外，將會充分考慮景觀效果。而江海直達航道橋主跨516米（2x258m），索塔採用3個海豚狀的框架塔；九州航道橋主跨268米，索塔採用2個風帆狀的框架塔，塔高120米。
