The holiday home looks out over this beautiful beach towards historic Iniskeel Island with Aranmore Island visible on clear days. The wonderful Narin and Portnoo Golf Links is just 200 metres from the front door. The quaint harbour at Portnoo is 1 km to the west.

Narin and Portnoo Golf Club in northwest County Donegal, Ireland lies a few miles beyond the famous tweed outlets of Ardara. So you might think getting there is just a matter of following the signs. But even with GPS, virtually anyplace can be tough to find in this remote part of northwest Ireland and it can be especially difficult to find Narin and Portnoo Golf Club, an unassuming looking course tucked amongst the caravans and dunes down by the shore.

This was the third of three consecutive par 5's. Number 14 and Number 15 were two of the most impressive holes on our trip. This is a view of the 15th hole from the tee. One of my favorite courses in the world.
