(Airport Tour #7) Here is a roughly five-minute partial tour of Narita International Airport, Japan's busiest airport in terms of international traffic. (Haneda Airport, located closer to central Tokyo, is the busiest in Japan and the fourth busiest in the world.) It's 'partial' in that it covers only a section of Terminal 1, but nevertheless it provides a picture of what Narita is like. You'll mainly see Star Alliance aircraft (Thai, Singapore, Swiss, Asiana, United, etc.) since I didn't spend much, if any time in the airport's Oneworld section. The credit card I use gives me two free United Club tickets a year, so I had a chance to use them here in Narita -- you'll see a tour of the club at the end of the video. Enjoy!

Using Japanese Coin Lockers in Narita Airport Terminal 2
This is a quick guide of my use of the coin lockers in Narita Airport during my Japan trip back in Nov 2018.
I was able to use the lockers before my flight at 3PM and I had a scheduled tour of the temples for 3 hours in the morning.
The coin lockers located in Terminal 2- 3rd floor Departure Lobby. This is the area where you check in for your flight & baggage check. All of Narita airport terminals have a Coin Locker and Baggage storage kiosk for use.
The coin lockers are perfect if you have some time to kill before your flight to tour the shopping center of the airport or do last minute tours or shopping in the areas around Narita like AEON Mall, Naritasan Temple, & the outlet malls. This way you don't need to lug your heavy suitcases and just bring along with you your essentials like a handy purse or backpack, passport and wallet.
The Coin lockers come in 3 sizes and 3 price range. You pay daily with max of 8-10 hour use for each locker.
¥ 300 Small - can fit a small purse, laptops, tablets or smaller bags
¥ 400 Medium - can fit a regular sized backpack ,duffel or tote bag
¥ 500 Large - can fit ONE large six check in suitcase
If you are carrying oversized or bulky luggage, I suggest to look for the manned luggage storage kiosk instead.

It is located approximately 60 kilometres (37 mi) east of central Tokyo in the Chiba Prefecture, straddling the border between the city of Narita and the adjacent town of Shibayama.
Narita is the predominant international airport in Japan, handling around 50% of the country's international passenger traffic and 60% of its international air cargo traffic.
