Billy the Kid
William H. Bonney (born William Henry McCarty, Jr. c. November 23, 1859 – c. July 14, 1881), better known as Billy the Kid and also known as William Antrim, was a 19th-century gunman who participated in the Lincoln County War and became a frontier outlaw in the American Old West. According to legend, he killed 21 men, but it is generally believed that he killed 8 people. He killed his first man in April 1 1877 at the age of 18.
McCarty (or Bonney, the name he used at the height of his notoriety) was 5'8 (173 cm) tall with blue eyes, blond hair or dirty blond hair, and a smooth complexion. He was described as being friendly and personable at times, and as lithe as a cat. Contemporaries described him as a neat dresser who favored an unadorned Mexican sombrero. These qualities, along with his cunning and celebrated skill with firearms, contributed to his paradoxical image as both a notorious outlaw and a folk hero.

PERSONAL INJURY:
Contrary to popular opinion, breaking one's back or neck does not immediately guarantee a spinal cord injury. Almost all causes of spinal injury stem from either trauma (car accident, gunshot, a fall, etc.) or disease (polio, spina bifida, etc) and don't even need to sever the spine; just damaging it is often enough to result in a loss of function. Recovering from such an injury is never easy-- surgery, rehabilitation, ongoing medical care, and sophisticated medical devices may all be needed. And that means that even with medical insurance, very few people can afford complete treatment on their own. That's why you can't leave it up to chance; WE will ensure you get all of what you are owed.

Flash Flood Engulfs My Neighborhood In Minutes
On December 11, 2014, drought stricken San Francisco Bay Area, California was hit with a strong rain storm that produced flash flooding in several areas. As heavy rain reached my home, I stood in my carport and began recording video of the storm with my iPhone 6 Plus. The rain steadily increased in intensity and within minutes I could see that the storm drains were unable to handle the ever-increasing volume of water from the storm. I kept recording as a flash flood started to develop. The water level rose quickly, so I opened my side gate to let the flood waters flow more quickly to my back yard, which is lower than my front yard and slopes downward. Fortunately, the water level began to recede before it could flood the inside of my house.

Destroyed In Seconds - Marvin John Heemeyer's Killdozer
Marvin John Heemeyer (October 28, 1951 -- June 4, 2004) was an American skilled welder and owner of an automobile muffler shop. On June 4, 2004, frustrated over a failed zoning dispute, Heemeyer plowed his homemade armored bulldozer into the town hall, a former mayor's home and other buildings in small-town Granby, Colorado. When the bulldozer's radiator and hydraulic system failed, he killed himself with a shotgun. Heemeyer used an armor-plated Komatsu D355A bulldozer to destroy 13 buildings in Granby, Colorado.
During the rampage, Mr Heemeyer actually had no intentions of murder, his primary motivation is to destroy all the properties of the companies or to the people who has opposed him in the past.
Today, all that remains of the 60-ton Komatsu bulldozer Marvin Heemeyer used to wreak havoc on Granby, Colorado is a dismantled engine, awaiting recycling in a scrap metal furnace. In the distance, the Rockies' timeless purple-gray peaks still frame Granby's majestic view, but for many residents the economic nightmare persists. Till today, the emotional and financial scars of that June day still remains.

SUMMARY
=======
The Battle of Nashville was a two-day battle in the Franklin-Nashville Campaign that represented the end of large-scale fighting west of the coastal states in the American Civil War. It was fought at Nashville, Tennessee, on December 15–16, 1864, between the Confederate Army of Tennessee under Lieutenant General John Bell Hood and Federal forces under Major General George H. Thomas. In one of the largest victories achieved by the Union Army during the war, Thomas attacked and routed Hood's army, largely destroying it as an effective fighting force.
