Nakazato Ski Resort in Echigo-Yuzawa / Just 70 minutes from Tokyo
Though slightly larger than neighbouring Yuzawa Park this resort has the same feel, and is recommended for families or those new to their board or skis. There are still some more ambitious runs further up to have a go at, though Nakazato is not recommended for advanced skiiers or boarders.
