EXPLORING ALBANY | How to Get Lost in WA Ep. 4 - Albany Whaling Museum & ANZAC Centre
This week we take you from Esperance to Albany and check out some of this town's INCREDIBLE history.
We visit Albany's Historic Whaling Station, which was once a working whaling station until it was closed in 1978. This place was unreal and the ship, processing plant, factory and SKELETON MUSEUM absolutely blew our minds.
We also spent an afternoon exploring Torndirrup National Park and witnessed it's three impressive natural spectacles, the Blowholes, Natural Bridge and the Gap before heading to the National ANZAC Centre to pay our respects and gaze at the stunning Field of Lights: Avenue of Honour art installation.
Also, in case you are interested, the name of the ship was the ship Euripides.
