The National Botanic Garden of Namibia (NBGN)is situated in the heart of the City of Windhoek, the capital of Namibia. The mission of the Garden is to protect and promote the Namibian flora and to function as an educational, research and recreational facility for Namibians and tourists alike.
The estate is 11 hectars big. The larger part of it is unlandscaped and serves as study area for local students and pupils. A number of walking trails lead through the Garden and the most common woody plants are clearly labelled. The desert house, rockery and nursery house a comprehensive collection of Namibian succulents, many of which rare and endangered.
The National Botanic Garden of Namibia (NBGN) is the only botanic garden in the country. It is one of five subsections within the National Botanical Research Institute (NBRI) and is administered by the Ministry of Agriculture, Water, and Rural Development.

I found a restaurant that was most famous in Windhoek. It is said to be a restaurant that locals and tourists alike are looking for. I am a local person. This is the tourist point I have designated and this is a precious guest from South Africa and I am taking it every time I come to Namibia. It was already filled with lots of customers and most of them came to taste the food 'Deimit'. 'Deimit' means a wild animal that bushmen used to hunt for a long time ago. The reason for the success of DayMit is because it has a large number of objects. So the locals like to enjoy the date. Even if the target is an elephant, you have to control it if the number of animals exceeds the allowable range. There are many things. It is springbok to bake now. There are kinds of nutrients such as Oryx, springbok, and cuddle. The zebra and the crocodile that can not sell because the hunting is not allowed this year is the representative menu of this place. It is said to be able to taste this food all year round because the population control is successful. I do not eat pork, but I eat beef. Daymits are rare fish like zebras or cousins. It is special meat, but it smells great. But I think it's good to try new things. I tried skewers to taste various kinds of meat. Springbok, Orix, Zebra, and Kudu I think it is a pleasure of traveling to try new foods in new places. The taste is similar to beef.

Cape Point, Cape to Namibia Route , Mobile Version
SMagnificent mountains, unique fynbos vegetation, glorious seascapes, wetlands, vineyards, golden fields, citrus orchards, semi-desert, half a dozen nature conservation areas and the extraordinary bloom of wild flowers in spring - there is much to discover on the South African side of the Cape to Namibia route. There is plenty to do, too: water sports, hiking, 4x4 trails, quad biking, horse riding, bird watching. And each of the little hamlets and villages has its history and cultural heritage and a story to tell. There is much to learn about the early inhabitants who left their mark with rock paintings, the pioneers, the missionaries and not least the adventurers who endured great hardship in their quest to strike it rich.
