This was in the atrium of the National Gallery in Melbourne. This piece is so serene, simple, and effective. I love it.

The National Gallery of Victoria, popularly known as the NGV, is an art museum in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. Founded in 1861, it is Australia's oldest, largest and most visited art museum.
The NGV houses an encyclopedic art collection across two sites: NGV International, located on St Kilda Road in the Melbourne Arts Precinct of Southbank, and the Ian Potter Centre: NGV Australia, located nearby at Federation Square. The NGV International building, designed by Sir Roy Grounds, opened in 1968, and was redeveloped by Mario Bellini before reopening in 2003. It houses the gallery's international art collection and is on the Victorian Heritage Register. Designed by Lab Architecture Studio, the Ian Potter Centre opened in 2002 and houses the gallery's Australian art collection.

The National Gallery of Victoria in Melbourne, Australia is a wonderful art museum to visit!!!! This museum displays awesome art work from many of the famous artist in the world. Each work tells a fantastic story. Here, my wife and I got to explore the Van Gogh exhibit and learn about the history of Van Gogh. Before we went to the store, my wife had to do some shopping for shoes while I wanted more Australian Earl Grey tea. We got to explore more of downtown Melbourne. Even though it was our last day in Australia (for now), the Wanderlust Awe Syndrome continues to affect me even now!!!!

Taking time out with a couple of friends to visit an exclusive international exhibit in Melbourne, Australia...
The exhibition, which is presented by the National Gallery of Victoria in collaboration with New York's iconic Museum of Modern Art, showcases an exceptional collection consisting of over 200 brilliant pieces including famous artworks from creative geniuses such as Pablo Picasso, Salvador Dali, Vincent van Gogh and Andy Warhol to name a few.
This magnificent exhibition runs until the 7th of October, 2018 and is definitely worth checking if you happen to be in Melbourne during this period.
