The video mapping created by Mindscape studio on the facade of the National Theatre Bucharest briefly illustrates a part of the Romanian history. In order to best illustrate the beginning of the XXth century atmosphere, the installation makes use of vintage photographs, the art of calligraphy, and a series of reinterpreted famous paintings. With the help of a time machine, the public is transported from the First Union to the Great Union in Alba Iulia.
The video mapping was part of the Centennial Year launch event at Bucharest National Theater, in November 2017.

Bucarest - Bucharest - Bucuresti - Бухарест - Romania. April 2016 HD
English translation below.
Bucharest is one of the cheapest and most populated capitals of Europe; It has about two million inhabitants and a large car park. In Bucharest is almost always rush hour. Bucharest was dubbed the Paris of the East because some most important Parisian architects was entrusted furniture in the city by the rulers of the period. The Arcul de Triumf of 1935 was built in the likeness of the Arc de Triomphe in Paris. Along the two boulevards, Bulerdul Uniri and Bulerdul Balcescu, cutting the Center, there are a large number of monumental buildings in which it is possible to understand the different architectural styles: Art Deco, neoclassical, socialist realism. The latter reflects the Casa Presei Libere, former headquarters of the Communist Party newspaper.
In Bucharest there is cultural and artistic opulence, there are some thirty museums like the National Museum of art of Romania. More than twenty theaters: the National Theatre and Athenaeum, where the Philharmonic Orchestra plays. Among the many and small churches in Bucharest include Curtea Veche Biserica and Kretulescu Biserica, one of the most beautiful churches in Bucharest, dated in 1722. The most important building in Bucharest is the People's House, or the Parliament, created by the dictator Ceausescu. The parks of Bucharest are among the finest I have ever seen. Finally mark Lipscani district that takes its name from the road, so called because once the workshop of German dealers opened, they came from the city of Leipzig. Lipscani is the most attractive area of Bucharest for tourists. In the evening is the center of city nightlife.
