Italy - A unique opera with twenty protagonists
Italy is a singular opera about twenty protagonists - that is twenty Regions, twenty treasure troves small and large, but all equally-precious.
The Aosta Valley with its mountain majesties, from Mont Blanc to Mt. Cervino. Piedmont, with the intense aromas of its renowned wines (think Barolo), its Olympics-worthy mountains, and its Baroque architecture. Liguria with its colorful sea hamlets. Lombardy with its vast, enchanting lakes, from Lake Maggiore to Lake Garda. Trentino with its golden-peaked Dolomites.
Veneto with its magnificent villas and artistic towns (Venice anyone?). Friuli Venezia Giulia, a captivating natural environment that straddles two cultures. Emilia Romagna with its Riviera Romagnola, a signifier of fun for everyone. Then, Tuscany, terrain for legendary culture cities
like Florence, and the magical hills of Chianti. Alternatively, the Marches Region, with its long beaches,
small hamlets and balmy high grounds. The Lazio of Eternal Rome;
Umbria, green heart of Italy and protector of the Franciscan spirit.
Abruzzo and its mighty Gran Sasso, boasting Europe's southernmost perennial snowfield. Not to forget tiny Molise with its ancient rural
traditions, or Campania, known for its culinary delights - such as pizza and spaghetti - gorgeous islands the likes of Capri and Ischia,
and the archaeological riches of Pompeii and Paestum. Basilicata is home to the Sassi of Matera, one of the 49 UNESCO World Heritage Sites in Italy. Meanwhile, Apulia is synonomous for splendid beaches and architectural wonders, particularly its Trulli, and Calabria charms with its breathtaking coastline.
The final two Regions are islands apart: sunny Sicily, location of monuments and vestiges left by many a past civilization; and Sardinia, with its unique people, places, and history.
These are the multi-colored and multi-layered personages of the epic and awe-inspiring opera that is Italy!

Here we are explain about Abruzzo, Aosta Valley, Basilicata, Calabria and Campania etc.
Abruzzo - The rural region of Abruzzo, located near the center of Italy, often gets ignored by international travelers. And that’s a shame: With beautiful countryside, mountains, and beaches, it’s the perfect place to “get away from it all.” It’s an especially great place to hike, ski, camp, or bike, and while Italians certainly travel here, it’s hardly a touristy region. That’s partly because, for many years, rural Abruzzo was dogged by poverty. This has turned around recently, although Abruzzo’s comeback hit a serious road bump in 2009, thanks to the devastating earthquake in L’Aquila, the region’s capital.
Aosta Valley - Tucked in between France, Switzerland, and Piedmont, Aosta Valley is all the way up in the northwest corner of Italy. As you might expect, that means this area is mountainous! The Alps run right through this tiny region, including Mont Blanc (here called “Monte Bianco”), shared with France, and the Matterhorn (the Italian resort is called “Cervinia”), shared with Switzerland. The region’s mixed heritage makes it culturally (and culinarily) fascinating. The region’s mixed heritage makes it culturally (and culinarily) fascinating.
Basilicata - The southern region of Basilicata is located in the “instep” of Italy’s boot. Large and rural, it has a very low population density and lots of countryside, not to mention mountains—the Apennines run right through here. People have lived in Basilicata since the Palaeolithic times, and you can still see Neolithic cave dwellings in Matera, the number-one city in Basilicata to visit (and a World Heritage site).
Calabria - Another quintessential southern region, Calabria sits in the “toe” of Italy’s boot. As you might expect, that means it has lots of beautiful beaches! Like Basilicata, it’s mountainous, so it’s great for hiking. And like the rest of Italy’s south, Calabria historically has been fairly poor. So despite its natural gems (and long stretches of lovely coastline!), it’s pretty underdeveloped compared to other seaside destinations in Europe.
Campania - The southern region of Campania has a lot to recommend it, from fascinating, chaotic Naples (here are 9 reasons not to miss Naples!), to the spectacular islands of Capri and Ischia, to the world-renowned ruins of Pompeii, to the famed Amalfi coast. But Campania, Italy’s second most populous region and one that has, like much of Italy’s south, struggled with poverty in the past, has lots of off-the-beaten-path destinations, too.

Looking for Good B&Bs in Vernazza
I spent the day climbing all over Vernazza while looking for good B&B rooms. The going rate is €70, and places with a view or terrace charge €85. Some are good, others don't make the cut. This place came with an incredible 360-degree view, but the rooms were too cramped, the layout was tortuous, and the price was just too high. Still, it was a fun visit.

10 Most AMAZING Tourist Destinations In The World
Description:
What’s going on everybody! Welcome back to your favorite YouTube channel – The Supreme! As you may know, we’re striving to be your number 1 stop for entertainment videos on YouTube – which is why we post a brand new one every single day! Today’s title is - 10 Most Most Amazing Tourist Destinations in the World!
10 The Green Goldstream in Victoria
Alright so first up on today’s list we have a very unique situation that occurred a few years ago in Goldstream Park in Victoria. Before we get into the weird color situation going on in this river, if you didn’t know – thee Goldstream Park is a wonderful place for vacations, as it offers an abundant amount of family friendly activities. For starters, it has beautiful hiking trails that lead to waterfalls, trestles and other fabulous sights. The river is also a great place to watch the fall salmon fun – where hundreds of salmon migrate, lending to some really fantastic natural scenery. Anyway, check out this river. Does anyone notice anything weird about it? If you don’t, I’ll just say – please, go get your eyes checked because you MAY just be colorblind. Haha, but if you do have perfect vision then you can probably notice that this river is a weird, bright green color. Why do you think that is? Well, some have suggested that – of course – it must be some kind of chemicals that spilled in the water.
9 Seljalandsfoss
Alright moving things right along, this next clip is of a place that’s extremely beautiful but has a very, very complicated name. Lemme give it a whirl. Sefiloc -… wait, I mean – say la do re me…. Wait, ok here we go. Seljandsfoss. I got it! Now that we’ve got that down, who knows where the heck this is? Well, if you didn’t know, Selj – well, whatever it’s called – is considered to be one of the top 10 most beautiful places in the world by dozens of websites and travel channels. Located in Iceland, the real attraction here are the beautiful waterfalls the inhabit this special piece of land. These falls stem from a river that branches off of a volcanic glacier, and fall over 197 feet! The landscape surrounding the rivers and falls are especially beautiful.
8 Savannah, Georgia
Alright moving things right along today, our next stop will be in one of my personal favorite American cities – Savannah, Georgia. If you can deal with a bit of humid weather, especially in the summer months, then this is a perfect place for you to vacation in, catch up on your relaxation time, and squeeze in some historic sightseeing – all in just a few days. Oh, and did I mention that the Atlantic ocean is close enough to smell the salt from anywhere in the city? While Jones Street will provide you sights of old houses and mansions that you just don’t see much anymore, you can find gigantic, beautiful weeping willow trees all throughout the town. And while all that’s fine and good -the food here is absolutely exquisite.
7 Matera, Italy
Let’s move things right along today as we’ll take a break from the United States for just a bit and visit Matera, Italy. Known as the European Capital City of Culture in 2018, this town is rich in culture and history. In some of the earliest human settlements in Italy, the Sassi houses were dug out from pure rock and used to be considered a sense of shame for this beautiful area. Now, though, these ancient dwellings are considered some of their countries most protected history. Ancient churches and Cathedrals are also a special tourist destination, along with the traditional Italian cuisine!

Vacationing in Campania, Italy
Vacationing Italy (Italy's campania region), 2 hours outside of Naples this last summer was probably the weirdest vacation ever. It rained every single day and we were stuck inside the house.
Yes, I complained a bit too much... but that is human nature.
Thanks for watching.

Permaculture in 150 sec
A show which explain how interactions between elements and resourses are important from a permaculture point of view.
At the same time it shows the sense of community and the importance of cooperation within it.
The video was filmed by Gabriele Gismondi during the PDC of Altamura, Bari, in March 2015.
Cinque Terre - Early Morning Walk
■ CINQUE TERRE, ITALY: I few days ago I read an article claiming that Italy is the hottest travel destination in 2018. I strongly disagree as Italy should ALWAYS be the #1 destination for holidayers every single year.
Italy's history, coastline, charm, food and sights are simply unrivaled on planet earth. You'd need years to cover it all. Seeing as most of us only have a few weeks per year for fun and games we need to prioritize. If that's you I suggest you add the Italian coastal cities collectively known as Cinque Terre to your itinerary this summer.
In this video I set out from the outskirts of La Spezia to the little idyllic village of Rio Maggiore to experience the sunrise Rick Steves didn't show you.
