NAVAGIO BEACH, SHIPWRECK BEACH, ZAKYNTHOS, GREECE, 2019
NAVAGIO BEACH, ZAKYNTHOS, GREECE, 2019, Navagio Beach, or Shipwreck Beach, is an exposed cove, sometimes referred to as Smugglers Cove, on the coast of Zakynthos, in the Ionian Islands of Greece. Navagio Beach was originally known as Agios Georgios. On 2 October 1980, a freightliner, the MV Panagiotis, ran aground in the waters around Zakynthos Island on Navagio Beach during stormy weather and bad visibility. Some rumours say the ship was smuggling contraband, however official sources did not confirm this, and the captain was not convicted for such offences. The ship was abandoned and still rests buried in the limestone gravel of the beach that now bears the nickname Shipwreck.
The location was prominently featured in the hit Korean drama Descendants of the Sun leading to a surge of interest among Chinese and Korean tourists., Навайо — пляж на северо-западе острова Закинф . Пляж со всех сторон окружают отвесные белые известняковые утёсы высотой от 45 до 225 метров, поэтому добраться до него можно только по воде. На самой высокой точке, из тех, что окружают пляж, находится обзорная площадка, от которой вниз ведёт крутая лестница. С этих утёсов с мая по конец сентября часто прыгают бейсджамперы, последний трагический случай с одним из них случился в июне 2012 года, когда здесь разбился парашютист из Великобритании

After months of waiting me and Lucy finally went away again and this time to our favourite country GREECE!
we had never been to Zakynthos also known as zante before and we fell in love. such a beautiful green island with many fantastic things to see.
we stayed at the brand new 5* Contessina suites in Tsivili and it was gorgeous! we went on a couple of excursions with Nefis travel and they were very good we went on the turtle tour and we did see a sea turtle unfortunately not in the video though, and then we went to Navagio beach were the famous shipwreck is sat on the beach surround by hundred foot limestone cliffs.
with now just under 90 days until our next holiday in august I shall be starting a diet/weight loss playlist to track progress and try and help and give tips on what I will be doing to try and loose some excess pud haha so keep your eyes peeled.
