Ghost Tours
Hello everyone! We have a new short film that we made for a contest that we just found out about, and brainstormed with Lynn Petko, John Peck, and Cynthia Bellina through Saturday; Nitwittany Players shot it on Sunday. A special thanks goes out to Brownsville's Nemacolin Castle, the Historical Society, Colleen, and their wonderful tour guides! We used some of the stories from their tour in our film, so watch the film and then go take the tour! The Castle is one of the most mystical places anywhere--my favorite! Thanks to Joe Onesi, Angela Simmons, Jennifer Lynn Glisan-Fike for doing such a great job of acting! Please use the Facebook like button on the contest page Thank you all and feel free to spread the word about our film!

Jamie and Cory Wedding Highlight
What a couple and what a day! This was a beautiful Wedding that started out getting ready at the Hilton Garden Inn processed to St. Peters in Brownsville and ended at Hugo’s Restaurant also in Brownsville. The updos by Vanessa Reidmann were gorgeous and to perfection. Everyone had so much fun getting ready. The ceremony was almost as stunning as the weather. The temperature couldn’t have been more perfect. Held at St. Peter’s Church in Brownsville, built in 1845 this ceremony moved everyone with the spirit. The light, the stone, the woodworking it was awesome. Jamie and Cory reflected love at every moment. They were so excited and enthusiastic about working with us, we can’t thank you enough. The wedding party was dressed with fall colors in mind and radiated. It was really beautiful everywhere we pointed the camera. The after shots with B. Franks Photography were at The Castle in Brownsville, which is also an incredibly beautiful place. The back drop of the historic house complimented the couple and really made for some great media. Hugo’s Restaurant dressed up well and introduced the couple warmly. DJ Marc Pantello rocked the night with great music and the everyone danced the night away. We had a great time working with the couple and their friends and family. We hope you love our wedding highlight and enjoy all the raw footage of your wedding day. Congratulations, we wish you a lifetime of happiness and thank you for letting Unit4media be a part of your wedding day.

Fayette County Courthouse 20110809
Here is an excerpt of the August 9, 2011, video surveillance tape footage of the front entryway of the Fayette County (PA) Courthouse obtained via a Right-To-Know law request to then-Fayette County Open Records Officer Tammy Boyle on September 8, 2011. The time period is August 9, 2011, from 4:10 p.m. to 4:19 p.m. In the video, PA State Rep. Timothy S. Mahoney (D-51st) is shown entering the Fayette County Courthouse (4:10 p.m.) with 48 altered Affidavits of Circulator which he subsequently (during the 9-minutes in this video) has notarized by the Fayette County Prothonotary's Office.
The end of this video shows Rep. Mahoney exiting (4:19 p.m.) the courthouse. He then heads to the Fayette County Election Bureau to file his altered, notarized Affidavits of Circulator which he signed as the sole affiant. The Affidavits of Circulator are Bureau time-and-date-stamped from 4:25 p.m. to 4:27 p.m.
The problem is that the PA Election Code requires that Affidavits of Circulator must be appended to the petitions to which they attest when offered for filing.
Rep. Mahoney's 42 referendum petitions were filed between 4:04 p.m. and 4:07 p.m., with the last of the time-and-date-stamped petitions being stamped as filed some three minutes before he is seen entering the courthouse at 4:10 p.m. to get 48 altered Affidavits of Circulator notarized.
The referendum petitions filed 4:04 - 4:07 p.m. had no dates set opposite the names of signers, as required by law and should have, by law, been rejected upon filing. Instead, they were accepted by the Fayette County Election Bureau and stood valid until challenged.
Moreover, Affidavits of Circulator with prima facie defects or alterations are not permitted by the PA Election Code (i.e., the law) to be accepted. However, Rep. Mahoney's Affidavits of Circulator were accepted and time-and-date-stamped by the Fayette County Election Bureau.
As the 42 Mahoney referendum petitions were all filed by 4:07 p.m., and as no one can change already-filed materials, the 48 altered Affidavits of Circulator filed 4:25 - 4:27 p.m. were subsequently attached to the referendum petitions by Fayette County Election Bureau staff.
