I think, you have good physical fitness and well preparation for this trek. The vegetation and mountain scenery is stunting and live hood of High Mountains are really interested. Narayanhiti Palace Museum is the former royal palace in the centre of the Nepalese capital, Kathmandu, It is the palace which long served as a primary residence for the
country's monarchs.

Narayanhiti, in Narayanhiti Palace, is made up of two words ‘narayan’ and ‘hiti’. 'Naryan' is a form of Hindu god Lord Vishnu” whose temple is located opposite to the palace and ‘hiti’ means “water spout” which is also located to the east of main entrance in the precincts of the palace, and which has a legend associated with it.
The entire enclosure surrounded by a compound wall, located in the north-central part of Kathmandu, is called the Narayanhiti palace. It was a new palace, in front of the old palace of 1915 vintage, built in 1970 in the form of a contemporary Pagoda.
It was built on the occasion of the marriage of King Birenda Bir Bikram Shah, the then heir apparent to the throne. The southern gate of the palace is located at the crossing of Prithvipath and Darbarmarg roads.
The palace area covers (30 hectares (74 acres)) and is fully secured with gate controlled walls on all sides. The palace, as previously discussed in Kathmandu's history, was the scene of a gruesome tragedy, termed “Nepal’s greatest tragedy”, on June 1, 2001 the then king Birendra, Queen Aishwarya and his family members were killed in a massacre.
After the massacre of King Birendra and his family, his brother Gyanendra got opportunity to be the King of Nepal. The massacre of the then Royal family is still mysterious. But it is believed that Gyanendra shoot the then king Birendra and his family members.
Another strong proof is that none of the family members of Gyanendra were injured. If Birendra and his son were not dead there would be no chance for Gyanendra to be the King. All these proofs point to Gyanendra. And Nepalese believe that the massacre was done by Ganendra.
The newly elected assembly on 28 May 2008, after a polling of 564 constituent assembly members, 560 voted to form a new government, with the monarchist Rastriya Prajatantra Party, which had four members in the assembly, registering a dissenting note. At that point, it was declared that Nepal had become a secular and inclusive democratic republic, with the government announcing a three-day public holiday from 28 to 30 May.
The King was thereafter given 15 days to vacate the Narayanhiti Royal Palace, to reopen it as a public museum, until he was asked to move out of it. Now it has been turned into a museum and is open for all to see.

Centenarian in Nepal may be one of the oldest women in the world
Batuli Lamichhane based in Nepal is quite a remarkable lady. Her national ID card verifies her as being 112 years old (born in 1903), but local villagers believe she may be older. Asking her what she thinks she replied I don't care how old I am!
This is footage from our brief time with an elderly lady who lives a simple existence, but has probably lived through some of the worlds key events and happenings over the last century.
Her life story is also very remarkable.
Many years ago her husband traveled abroad as a migrant to make money and never returned. Her youngest son is 80 years old, whilst her other children have all passed.
The first question that comes to mind when speaking to someone at such a grand age is what is her secret to longevity? She is clearly very frail, and her hands show the signs of a life of manual labour. Her speech is incoherent mostly, but she communicates well considering her age. She simply exists very humbly; living in the open air with her only belongings being a satchel bag containing tattered cloth and some torn clothes. Following the devastating earthquake that hit Nepal earlier this year, the roof of where she lived caved in and all the walls destroyed yet she refuses to live anywhere else. She still chooses to earn an income by doing small tasks for local villagers and then she gives away any money given to her to the local Hindu temple. She gathers crops for the animals as something she has always done.
Within the hours spent with her Batuli chain smoked at least 10 cigarettes. It's a new vice she has picked up in her later years. That, and eating her favourite biscuits.
Batuli has actively participated in every election of Nepal. As far back as she can remember, she says that she has worked daily and she says this is one of her secrets to longevity. She gave up eating any meat since the age of 100 and her diet just consists of organic vegetables, pulses and rice but only in small quantities. She has a routine of only eating after a cold bath every day, regardless of the weather or season outdoors. And she drinks fresh cows milk daily.
Local villagers believe that Batuli is at least 114 years of age and they consider her like a living Goddess. Even the eldest local villagers recall her as always being an elder even when they were very young. Regardless of how old she may be, she is truly a remarkable lady as you will see from our brief footage.
During conversation, we still wanted to learn a little more about what she feels may be the secret to her long life to which she replied:
You will probably die earlier. People of this modern age have too much stress. And those who do not work or are idle in their old age won't live long. If you study a lot and work hard, you'll live a long life. Be happy!

STORYLINE:
The public cremation of the Nepalese king, queen and six other family members, who were gunned down last night at the royal palace, has taken place at the holiest shrine in the Hindu kingdom.
Their ashes were to be scattered along the holy river.
Earlier, thousands of people lined the streets for the funeral procession.
Mourners clasped their hands in respect and offered flowers as the bodies were taken from an army hospital on their final journey.
Officials say the nation's crown prince slaughtered his father and mother -- the king and queen -- and six other family members on Friday night.
They say he then shot himself.
He's on life support.
But some Nepalese suspect the government was behind the palace massacre.
The prime minister says the truth and facts will be made public.
A senior military official inside the royal palace says the shooting stemmed from a dispute over who the crown prince was to marry.
Nepal's prime minister is promising an investigation into the massacre of the royal family.
