Sun Kosi River in Nepal - Trip 2013
It's a pretty shaky video as it was all done on my GoPro. Kind a first time playing with the camera. Anyway, it at least shows the trip.

Life needs a bit of adrenaline rush when work takes you over. After months of hectic work schedule, our team decided to take a much-needed break. So we planned Rafting with Nepal River Runner and one night stay at River Bay Rafting and Resort. Everone had an amazing time and this is what we have to share. We hope you will enjoy the show.

Train of Nepal
There is only one functioning Nepalese passenger railway in Nepal. This 59 km narrow gauge railway runs between Janakpur and Jainagar, close to the Indian border, and is of 2 ft 6 in (762 mm) gauge. The line continues to Bijalpura, but this section is currently redundant due to a damaged bridge. The capital, Kathmandu, has no railway connections at all. Several Indian Railways lines cross the border into Nepal and continue for short distances into the Nepalese plains. There is a joint Nepalese/Indian freight line connecting Raxaul (Indian/Nepalese border) and Sirsiya (Nepal).
Pollution in Kathmandu.
The pollution in the capital city of Nepal - Kathmandu is in dire situation. Narrow roads and lack of side walks, pot holes, lack of asphalt roads, the paths being constantly dug for number of reasons, old vehicles spewing black smokes and dusts results pollution proportion to a scary level. No wonder why Kathmandu falls under top ten dirtiest city in the world. This problem isn’t today’s problem it was a problem a decade before and it’s a problem now and the way the countries is running its development projects, I will not be surprised if the problem still persists ten year from now. If you are coming from US, Europe or Australia, you are likely to get big shock after landing in Kathmandu. And it will take weeks and even months to adjust yourself here. Not only air, Kathmandu has all kinds of pollution you can think of like, water, noise and visual. Kathmandu’s river are the dirties river that you can ever see. Only sewage and sanitary waste runs in the river here. You can hear all kinds of noise like honking, people shouting and many things resulting lack of peaceful environment. Visually you will be depressed seeing animals, stray dogs on the road. I am not sure when we will take care of this problem but all of us are to be blamed for this reason. Kathmandu to Chitwan National Park || Nepal Travel Vlog - Day 2
There is so much to see and do in Nepal! In this vlog series, I'm bringing you along as I travel from the USA to Nepal for 2 awesome weeks!
In this vlog, we start our journey from Kathmandu to Chitwan National park via a road trip! The road from Kathmandu to Chitwan National Park is bustling with traffic, but my guide made sure that we had lots of breaks to use the restroom, sample some delicious food, and take in the scenery along the way.
2:58 - Riverside Spring Resort (Lunch)
4:43 - Maruni Sanctuary Lodge Tour
5:22 - Chitwan National Park Village Tour & Nature Walk
After having breakfast at Hotel Tibet, we loaded into the vans and started our journey to Chitwan National Park. We then stopped for lunch at Riverside Spring Resort for a delicious lunch buffet and views of the river. After a long day of driving, we arrived at Chitwan National Park, where we checked into Maruni Sanctuary Lodge. Staying at the Maruni Sanctuary Lodge gave us access to an amazing guide who took us on a village tour and nature walk through Chitwan National Park! It was a full-day, but so incredible.
Come along with me as I make my way from Kathmandu to Chitwan National Park on a crazy road trip!
*Thank you Nepal Tourism Board and the Pacific Asia Travel Association for sponsoring my trip!*
