Scotland C2C2C Day 1 - Fort William to Fort Augustus
A couple of clips, not really anything interesting.

The Boot, Bike, Boat Challenge
Boogie and Dingo spend the day competing against the mysterious 'Helmet Heid' in a three way race from Gairlochy through the locks and into Loch Lochy and Loch Oich and on up to Fort Augustus, reaching the finishing post at Oich Pier, the gateway to Loch Ness
Cycle Republic at Etape Loch Ness 2019
Closed roads, the Highlands and the famous loch. Our day as official mechanical partner of Etape Loch Ness.
The Etape Loch Ness offers a fantastic opportunity to join 5600 riders in unrivalled scenery on traffic free roads, starting and finishing in the Highland capital of Inverness.
You can also test your mettle on the timed King of the Mountain stage, a 4.8-mile (9km) climb gaining 380m in height.
Great Glen Way 2017 - Day 2: Fort Augustus to Drumnadrochit
This episode about my second day hiking the mighty Great Glen Way in November 2017. The total distance Mario and I walked that second day was 29.5km.
As per first day, we still had to find ways to reduce the distance (due to only having 3 days to complete the full hike + shorter winter days) so chose to catch a bus between Invermoriston and Alltsigh to quickly cover a distance of 6.5km.
Absolute highlight of this day and overall GGW hike was seeing Loch Ness on the high route after leaving Fort Augustus. If you feel up for climbing higher and if weather is good enough (otherwise very exposed), I really recommend taking the high route.

Holiday in Scotland Day One. The Journey to Fort Augustus
Travelled up to Fort Augustus for this years family holiday.
Decided to break the journey by staying the night at Stirling.
The next day was one of those amazing drives across Rannoch Moor, Glencoe on to Fort William and finally arrived at Fort Augustus late in the afternoon.

Lands End to John O’Groats
Follow my journey leaving Fort William on The Great Glen Way as I follow the calm and quiet trail along Loch Ness, through to Fort Augustus and eventually Inverness. I will face a terrifying encounter among the mountains, alone in the dark in attempt to sleep in a Bothy, along with a few other questionable places to sleep.
From Inverness I make the home stretch on the John O'Groats Trail to the furthest point in the north of the United Kingdoms island of Albion and Alba. Along the way I make some new friends for life and finally become an official End to Ender!

Enjoy my crude editing of footage from my holiday in scotland.
Music: ZZ Top - La Grange and Linkin Park - Shadow of the Day
This was my first time going on holiday on my SR125, with my boyfriend on his V-Strom ( DL650 ). So, OF COURSE it had to rain the day we were set to leave - and then there was the 80 mile detour, which was painful 'cause we were only 20 miles away from Oban!! Needless to say, we were so happy to reach the B&B and just relaxed the rest of our time there.
To Arms! - The Deployment of Troops I THE GREAT WAR - Week 3
The first few days of war were a combination of failed organisation and chaos. The Austro-Hungarian supreme command lacks combat experience, and their irrational actions in Serbia are causing turmoil among the Germans. At the Eastern and Western Front, early signs of problems can be seen, too, which the armies will pay a terrible price for, in the upcoming weeks.
You can find out more about the two front war and the German Schlieffen-Plan in our episode from August 7th:
