On the shore of Lake Geneva, Vevey is a town of images, culture and shopping. Home of the Nestlé headquarters and several museums, Vevey's charm enticed Charlie Chaplin to spend the last 25 years of his life there.

Vevey is one of the Pearls of the Swiss Riviera. Its lakeside location with breathtaking views of the Alpine panorama, its extraordinarily mild climate, the vineyards, numerous excursion destinations in the region and proud paddlewheel steamers on the lake characterise this town by Lake Geneva.

Fork in Lake Vevey

Art in the Swiss Alps.

Geneva Trip - Vevey Fork

This stainless steel fork sculpture stands 8m tall. It's a favourite of mine. You might ask me why I took a video of something that isn't moving.

It was designed by Jean-Pierre Zaugg to commemorate the 10th anniversary of the Alimentarium (1995). In 2007 the fork returned and was kept by popular demand.

The production on this video was created with little over AU$2000.
I shot, lit, did sound, produced and cut the entire thing, i even applied the make up!
We shot it in around 4 hours and took about ten hours to cut.
