Nuremberg, a city in northern Bavaria, is distinguished by medieval architecture such as the fortifications and stone towers of its Altstadt (Old Town). At the northern edge of the Altstadt, surrounded by red-roofed buildings, stands Kaiserburg Castle. The Hauptmarkt (central square) contains the Schöner Brunnen, the gilded “beautiful fountain” with tiers of figures, and Frauenkirche, a 14th-century Gothic church.
Nuremberg is a city on the river Pegnitz and the Rhine–Main–Danube Canal in the German state of Bavaria, in the administrative region of Middle Franconia, about 170 kilometres (110 mi) north of Munich. Nuremberg is the second-largest city in Bavaria (after Munich), and the largest in Franconia (Franken). Several old villages now belong to the city of Nuremberg , for example Grossgründlach, Kraftshof, Thon, and Neunhof in the north-west; Ziegelstein in the north-east, Altenfurt and Fischbach in the south-east; and Katzwang, Kornburg in the south. Langwasser is a modern suburb.
Nürnberg Hauptbahnhof is a stop for IC and ICE trains on the German long-distance railway network. The Nuremberg–Ingolstadt–Munich high-speed line. The Nuremberg tramway network was opened in 1881. As of 2008, it extended a total length of 36 km (22 mi), had six lines, and carried 39.152 million passengers annually. The first segment of the Nuremberg U-Bahn metro system was opened in 1972. Nuremberg's trams, buses and metro system are operated by the VAG Nürnberg (Verkehrsaktiengesellschaft Nürnberg or Nuremberg Transport Corporation), itself a member of the VGN (Verkehrsverbund Grossraum Nürnberg or Greater Nuremberg Transport Network).
There is also a Nuremberg S-Bahn suburban metro railway and a regional train network, both centred on Nürnberg Hauptbahnhof.

Kepler Telescope Documentary - Life After Earth || World History || Documentary HD
====================================================
Kepler is a space observatory launched by NASA to uncover Earth-like planets orbiting other celebrities. The spacecraft, named after the German Renaissance astronomer Johannes Kepler, was released on March 7, 2009.
Created to survey a portion of our region of the Milky Way to discover lots of Earth-size extrasolar worlds in or near the habitable zone and estimate the number of of the billions of superstars in our galaxy have such earths, Kepler's single tool is a photometer that continuously keeps an eye on the brightness of over 145,000 primary sequence superstars in a set field of vision. This data is sent to Planet, after that assessed to detect regular dimming dued to extrasolar earths that cross before their host star.
Kepler is part of NASA's Discovery Program of fairly low-priced, focused main science missions. The telescope's building and also first procedure were handled by NASA's Jet Propulsion Lab, with Round Aerospace in charge of establishing the Kepler trip heating and cooling unit. The Ames Research Center accountables for the ground system growth, objective procedures since December 2009, and clinical information analysis. The preliminary planned life time was 3.5 years, yet greater-than-expected sound in the information, from both the celebrities and also the spacecraft, suggested added time was should meet all objective objectives. Initially, in 2012, the mission was expected to last up until 2016, yet this would only have actually been feasible if all remaining response wheels utilized for pointing the spacecraft continued to be reputable. On Could 11, 2013, a secondly of 4 reaction wheels neglected, disabling the collection of scientific research information and threatening the extension of the mission.
On August 15, 2013, NASA announced that they had surrendered attempting to deal with both neglected reaction wheels. This meant the existing objective should be changed, yet it did not necessarily mean completion of planet-hunting. NASA had asked the space science neighborhood to recommend different mission strategies potentially including an exoplanet search, making use of the remaining 2 good response wheels as well as thrusters. On November 18, 2013, the K2 Second Light proposal was reported. This would certainly consist of making use of the handicapped Kepler in a manner that could discover habitable earths around smaller sized, dimmer red dwarfs. On May 16, 2014, NASA revealed the approval of the K2 extension.
