On a beautiful sunny Friday afternoon in Yinzhou Park in Ningbo, with a nice breeze everyone came out to play during lunch break. Hundreds of awesome kites were flying, and we stopped to watch some folks trying to launch a 16 meter dragon kite (unfortunately they were not able to get it going, mostly due to lack of space!). There were all kinds of kites though, and a display tent with some HUGE kites that we walked over to view right after recording this video.
