Hi everyone, when I studied in Ningbo I found a delicious food called oil zanzi in Nantang old street. And I think this traditional food is very important and special for local people and city. I have a duty to promote this culture. I also believe traditional snacks taste good or bad is not due to the different methods of cooking, but by the time position and the difference of personal circumstances, and change of taste and adapting to the old tradition of people need to have a person to create again for our products.
Oil zanzi, originated in Zhejiang province, was protected and promoted in Ningbo. It is the traditional food of Ningbo. Oil zanzi originated from the Qing dynasty Guangxu years, it has been one hundred years of history.It is a pure handmade traditional snack food, unique material formula, especially the article seaweed salty oil zanzi, which is the most popular snack in Ningbo.Seaweed powder is used by China's largest ecological seaweed base - Zhejiang Fenghua Ningbo Chun lake seaweed base provided by the pure natural raw winter seaweed powder as raw material. The Former Consulate-General of the United Kingdom / 英国驻上海总领事馆 building located in Shanghai, China, is one of the oldest buildings on the Bund.
It is housed in a compound that housed a number of buildings used by the British Consulate-General. The building served as the home of the Consulate-General and British Supreme Court for China until 8 December 1941 when the Japanese occupied the Shanghai International Settlement at the beginning of the Pacific War. The British Supreme Court for China was abolished under the British–Chinese Treaty for the Relinquishment of Extra-Territorial Rights in China. After the war, the Consulate-General returned to the site and remained until 1949 when Britain withdrew its consular staff with the communist occupation of Shanghai. The consulate re-opened in 1954 and was closed again in 1967 during the Cultural Revolution.
