Marine Park Nixe is a family friendly place that children surely to enjoy. There are many species of aquatic animals and several restaurants.
The castle is made of red bricks that are replicated from European castles. And the surrounding area is a European-style building.
There are 4 animals show :
1. Penguin Parade
2. Dolphin Show
3. Sea Lion Show
4. Sardine Dance
Arrival at Marine Park Nixe takes approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes from JR Sapporo Station to JR Noboribetsu Station.
When you come out of the station you will see a red brick castle on the right hand side. It's just 5-8 minutes walk away.
Entrance fees:
Adult - 2,400 Yen
Child (7-12) - 1,200 Yen
Child (4-6) - 600 Yen

Hokkaido Vlog Ep3 | Snow World Toya & Noboribetsu Marine Park
Hello everyone!
Here is the third day of my Hokkaido trip! Hope you guys are enjoying so far. :D
In day3, I got to visit Snow World Toya and ride the snowmobile for the first time! The scenery is breathtaking and I took tones of video and pictures there! The other highlight of the day would definitely be visiting the Noboribetsu Marine Park. Get to see the penguins and dolphins so close is definitely one of the best experience. :)

Day 5 at Noboribetsu!
Such an AMAZING experience. We've never stayed at a Japanese style tatami room and had Japanese fine dining in our LIVES! It was pricey and we could only stay a night...but it was worth it. Food was amazing, the onsen / hot spring was soooo relaxing....After this , we want to experience this during winter and when it is snowing! (snow - something that Ray and I have not seen before too!)

Sardines Noboribetsu Marine Park
Sardines and proverbial Catfish Effect. Apparently the Norwegian fishermen practised using a catfish to keep the sardines catch active until they reached the market in order to fetch better price for live sardines. Philosophically this is adopted in management strategy to keep the workers continuously performing.
