SCRIPT

The Ministry of Emergency Situations (EMERCOM) sent its fifth humanitarian aid convoy from Noginsk in the Moscow region to Lugansk and Donetsk in Ukraine, Saturday.

Set to deliver non-perishable foods such as sugar and canned meats, the humanitarian aid convoy also departed with stacks of building materials, fuel and medicines for the civilians who have been affected by the escalating crisis in Ukraine.
