Vietnam Airlines Economy Airbus 321 Singapore to Hanoi Flight Review VN660
This was our maiden flight with Vietnam Airlines and the experience was better than expected. We took Vietnam Airlines from Singapore to Hanoi (VN660) for a short getaway. The aircraft used was an Airbus A321, serial number VN-A360. Flight was a bit bumpy due to the weather. Service was good. We had a full hot meal (with 2 choices, beef or fish), and the cabin crew came around to offer extra drinks, tea and coffee. In the video, I show you what the food looked like. The appetizer of ham and potato salad, as well as fresh fruit platter for dessert was very good too! Flight length was slightly over 3 hours and we landed on time even though departure was slightly behind. For the return flight (Hanoi to Singapore), this is the flight review -

This is a review of my short flight flying Vietnam Airlines Economy Class from Hanoi to Luang Prabang.
Vietnam Airlines Fokker 70 Economy Flight
The flight was very comfortable and it was nice to be on the Fokker 70, not many of these aircraft around anymore. The flight was very smooth and we had great mountain views on the approach into Laos.

Vietnam Airlines Flight Experience: VN662 Singapore to Hanoi
Vietnam Airlines Flight Experience from Singapore to Hanoi onboard the Airbus 321-231 aircraft, including scenes of Changi Airport, including my favourite spot, The Butterfly Garden.
I got an emergency exit seat which provides excellent legroom but is unfortunately, windowless. Meal served is tasty and I thoroughly enjoyed it. However, turbulence occurred for the most part of the flight, and I had a shocking experience when visiting the lavatory and upon returning to my seat....

TRIP REPORT | Vietnam Airlines A350 (ECONOMY) | Ho Chi Minh to Hanoi | with Medical Emergency...
TRIP REPORT of my Vietnam Airlines Airbus A350-900XWB domestic flight from Ho Chi Minh City Airport (SGN) to Hanoi/Nội Bài International Airport (HAN) in Economy Class. The flight was supposed to be operated by a Boeing 787-9 aircraft but it got changed to an Airbus A350-900... don't get me wrong - I love the Airbus A350 but I wanted to fly on both - the 787 and A350 of Vietnam Airlines (on the HAN - SGN flight I already tried the A350 product). The flight got a little twist when the Capain announced we had a medical emergency onboard. We landed at Hanoi pretty straight-in to get to the gate as quickly as possible where the ambulance was waiting. Surprisingly everyone on board remained calm and seated until we were given the ok to disembark. The flight itself was pretty good. The leg room was good and there was a snack and drink service included on this 1,5 hour long domestic flight. If you'd like to fly Vietnam Airlines A350/787/777/A330 - I recommend you to look at the Ho Chi Minh to Hanoi route as they offer frequent flights for a good price. Just the frequent aircraft changes (like in my case) can destroy your plans... Seat for my wing view was 34A.

???? TRIP REPORT | MALAYSIA AIRLINES MH 752 KUALA LUMPUR TO HANOI, VIETNAM IN ECONOMY CLASS
Malaysia Airlines, the flag carrier of Malaysia, is one of the leading airlines in Asia. I took the flight of Malaysia Airlines for several times, including this one, the flight of MH 752 from Kuala Lumpur to Hanoi, Vietnam.
As usual, the service of Malaysia Airlines is good like most of Asian airlines. However, what I dislike from my flight was the touch screen of IFE, which is laggy as I got difficulties to select the movies to watch in flight.
However, I love to take with Malaysia Airlines for its good service and cheap price. In this flight, I just spent IDR 1,900,000 from Medan (KNO) to Hanoi (HAN) via Kuala Lumpur (KUL) return on Economy Class. How cheap it was!!!
Beside of that, Malaysia Airlines also offered the best meal of what I love so much, Nasi Lemak... yummy!!!

Vietnam Airlines Flight Report: VN662 Singapore ✈ Hanoi
Welcome to Flight Report #3!
It has been a year since I last flown.
This was my first flight with Vietnam Airlines on board VN662 from Singapore to Hanoi and just to conclude, the in-flight service was way better than I expected
The aircraft I flew on was a 3.4 years old, Airbus A321-231, registration (VN-A605). It was my first time flying on an extended version of the A320. The flight was really smooth and it was slightly less than 3 hours. Legroom was spacious with a seat width of 32 inches. There was no personal IFE screens on board but the Audio-on-demand system and in-flight movie screening was more than enough for a less than 3 hours flight. Some announcements that were made during the flight were pretty inaudible
The crew members serving in the Economy class cabin were all male and it was very interesting to see that there was only one female crew member serving on the flight.
The crew seems reserved but they were friendly and efficient.
Lunch was excellent. The main course was cooked to perfection although the appetizer, Vietnamese Styled Vermicelli Salad was not to my liking. During the Lunch service, the cabin crew came around to offer extra drinks, tea and coffee. Prior to landing, the crew went around to offer water for passengers to hydrate themselves. All in all, Vietnam Airlines do proves itself as a 4 Star Airline

Thief at Noi Bai airport - Vietnam - Vietjet Airline
Group passenger flight from Bangkok VJ902 (Thailand) to Noi Bai International Airport (Hanoi) realized that their suitcases were unlocked.
On Facebook, Tran Phuong Anh in Tay Ho district (Hanoi) said that her delegation from Bangkok (Thailand) to go to Noi Bai airport (Hanoi) at 14h on 23/5 on flights VJ902. Delegation of Huong has 11 parcels and luggage deposit.
Before departure, some suitcases were locked, adhesive tape carefully, but when the Noi Bai International Airport, the delegation received only 7 packages.
After reflecting the delegation received information two parcels were found at airports Bangkok (Thailand), a package was found at Noi Bai. Which has an orange suitcase lock broken, lost belongings inside.
After nearly an hour of waiting, we received explanation of staff saying I do not have the expertise or competence in this matter , Phuong Anh said.
Talking to BBC, VJ Airlines representative said the company recently a headache when regularly received reports of lost items passengers cried. The company has repeatedly recognized extraordinary record at Noi Bai airport in this situation and sent a dispatch to the place for coordinated settlement.
Concerning the group of passengers services from Bangkok (Thailand) to Noi Bai International Airport (Hanoi) reflects the carrying luggage has broken the lock, the representative said VJ airlines, at Flight from Thailand started its services responsible for Noi Bai airport there is baggage handling services at Noi Bai International Airport.
Immediately after the incident the company has reported to the northern airport authorities and relevant agencies.
Tran Hoai Phuong - Deputy Director of the North airport authorities said: The time Port Authority has received reports of passengers reflects the broken lock, lost items on flights from Thailand to Noi Bai Airline VJ.
Port Authority will work with VJ to review its transport regulations see done with passenger airline like, and also verify the process passengers consigned to verified facts.
Mr. Fang also stated, in case passengers have lost or broken luggage cause damage and passenger complaints, the company will follow the complaints procedure and compensation for the guests.
As representatives of the VJ, while passenger carriers graph reflects lose face having to compensate for damage to passengers. Indigo Airlines launch Kolkata - Hanoi Flight Service Starting 3rd October
India's largest domestic carrier, in terms of market share, IndiGo on Tuesday said it will launch services to Vietnam from October, making it the fifth South East Asian country in the airline's network after Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, and Myanmar.
Effective October 3, subject to government approvals, IndiGo will operate its non-stop daily flights between Kolkata and Hanoi, the airline said in a statement.
At present, no Indian airline flies directly to Vietnam. The grounded Jet Airways had a few years ago started flights to Vietnam only to discontinue the service months later.
We foresee a rising demand for Hanoi, which is famous for its historic architecture and a rich cultural blend of Southeast Asian and French influence, William Boulter, chief commercial officer IndiGo said, adding that the airline was expecting high demand for the Buddhist tourism circuit from Vietnam as the South East Asian country has a large Buddhist community.

Cabin cabin, as an overall are better than the set of outbound journey's crew. Special credit to Ms. Yen for wonderful service and warmth hospitality (Senior Cabin Crew).
Vietnam Airlines received the award of World's Most Improved Airlines in 2016 and 4-star airline status for the fourth year in a row. I'm sure this airline has a lot of rooms for improvement. 1. Getting a SIM card at the airport
There are endless places to get your SIM card but like we said, we highly recommend you to buy your SIM card at the airport.
We recommended choice is Viettel as they have the largest coverage network in Vietnam.
Price: around 200,000 - 250,000 VND (9-10$US) for unlimited data including the SIM card.
2. Getting to Hanoi from the airport
- BUS number 86: The bus is the cheapest way to get to Hanoi from the airport, but also the most crowded and the one that takes the most time.
Fare: VND30,000/ person.
- Taxi:To save the cost, we recommend that you should download the GRAB application and registration with the phone number that you bought. This will help you move very conveniently from the airport or in the city without worrying about the price.
Airport transfer service
If you want to save time, the airport transfer service will be a good choice.

3. Using Hop On- Hop Off Bus
If you want to save money and explore the capital at your own pace, Hanoi City tour Hop on – Hop off is a flexible and convenient tour which combines transportation and sightseeing many visitor highlights of Hanoi Capital by double-decker buses. You can get on and off the bus at any bus stop during the trip. Stay as long as you want at each sightseeing stop, then catch any of the Hop-On Hop-Off buses making the loop when you are ready to go.

Currency exchange services are available upon arrival at the airport but the exchange rates are not as good as in the city.
