I show you our penthouse suite, we head to the Noosa beach and Noosa national park, we hire out a boat, kayak and jet ski, we head to the Noosa fairy pools and even go on a Fraser island tour!

A few of us drove up to Noosa for a surf. The day turned out really nice. Good surf with clear water. Went for a walk in Noosa National Park and saw some beauty views overlooking the ocean and beaches. Ended the day off with a gorgeous sunset as well. Noosa is a fairly small town with such a nice laid back vibe. Would love to go back again one day.

Noosa Villages - Sunshine Beach
Head to the style, ease and laid-back atmosphere that makes Sunshine Beach such a popular spot for repeat visitors to Noosa. Once known as Golden Beach, Sunshine Beach is renowned for its sand, surf and the ambiance of its stylish boutiques, cafes and restaurants. Join the local café society -- find a spot on a wide deck for breakfast, lunch, dinner or any time in between. Call in at a bakery, deli or general store for fresh, local produce or a snack. Order a cool beer or a tall drink and settle into a comfy couch or perch on a stool at a laidback beach bar where locals drop in on their way to the beach. Experience a superlative espresso -- the organic coffee beans are roasted on-site -- and spend an idle hour with a favourite magazine under a broad umbrella.
Head to the beach and pack a picnic to enjoy on the beach foreshore. The wide, open beach hosts a variety of banks for an endless, uncrowded surfing session and the beach in front of the Surf Club is patrolled year-round. After a cool dip in the ocean, try the Sunshine Beach Surf Club for spectacular ocean views as well as great eating and drinking at the award-winning restaurant.
And if you haven't had enough shopping, you'll find boutiques stocking beach wear, fashion and homewares.
Sunshine Beach is only 5 minutes drive from Noosa Heads, on the southern side of Noosa National Park.

Tiger Shark Turtle Tourist Mudjimba Island Sunshine Coast
Tiger sharks, turtles and tourists at Mudjimba Island, a conservation park for living things above high tide on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland, Australia. What began as a video snapshot of an afternoon kayak and snorkel for Sunbird Holiday Stay's Airbnb guest, Geoff Cousens, became a response to mainstream media attention to SHARK ATTACKS, shark control, tourists and more. Most of the videography was taken by DiveCareDare on the 28th September, 2016. Content from The Bahamas and shark researcher, Richard Fitzpatrick are included to tell the story. Mix surfing with a touch of creativity with Surfdancer Academy of Surf at Noosa Heads on the Sunshine Coast.
Founded by local Kristy Quirk, the world-first surf school combines everything you would learn in a regular learn-to-surf lesson with song, yoga and dance. Lessons are available for individuals, families or groups during the school term and school holidays.

NOOSA, AUSTRALIA - Pro surfers, amateurs, tandem surfing stars and man's best friend have descended upon Noosa on Queensland's Sunshine Coast, Australia, for the world's biggest surf festival by competitor numbers.
One of the most popular competitions is the Dog Spectacular. Festival Co-Founder Paul Jarratt said they're the only festival or surfing event in the world where the dogs surf on a stand up with their masters.
It's not just man's best friend catered for in the 25th year of the festival. Surfers from all walks including, including longboard, shortboard, finless, tandem, stand up paddle boards, and body surfing take part.
People from a wide age range, from under 15 to over 70, also compete and are well looked after, which helps to make the festival one of the most popular events on the global surfing calendar
The event kicks on until March 12th with more than 30 competitions catering for a variety of surfers including longboard, short board, finless, stand up paddle board and more.

Annual Family holiday at Noosa. Cyclone Oma provide plenty of wind for sailing and the water was warm. Generally the weather was good fo all activities except fishing! Although Craig and Anthony did get some Tuna.
