Rafflesia arnoldii is the biggest flower in the world - with a diameter of one meter (3 feet)!
It grows only in the jungles of Sumatra, Indonesia, and each flower lasts for just a few days before withering and dying.
Known locally as Kerubut (Devil's Betelnut Box), very few people have ever seen a fully developed Rafflesia arnoldii bloom.
Explorer Stewart McPherson set out to find the illusive giant Raflessia bloom, and after an extensive search, came across a gigantic Rafflesia arnoldi flower.
