The park currently has 17 acres for visitors to explore with over 50 species of animals to see. I missed a few of the animals and birds during my visit including the racoons who are currently having a new area created for them which should be open soon. I hope you enjoy the video and some of the interesting facts regarding these animals. Thank you for watching :)

Life on the farm in Northumberland
Hundreds of people took the opportunity to learn about country life near Morpeth.
They attended an open day at Cockle Park Farm, part of a UK-wide initiative to show the public where their food comes from.
As well as being a working far, Cockle Park is used by Newcastle University’s agricultural department to trial new developments in the industry.
Visitors were able to see everything from arable crops to sheep, pigs and cows.
One of the highlights was milking time for the farm’s 220-strong Holstein-Friesian dairy herd.
The Farm Sunday event was organised by LEAF (Linking Environment And Farming), a charity which supports farmers in the dual job of producing food while caring for the environment and working with their local communities.

Northumberland | Make the most of every moment | Britain's best kept secret
We need to make the most of every moment. This is a snowy walk in Northumberland - one of Britain's best kept secrets. This walk began in Carrshield and climbed up the valley to give us wonderful views of the stunning Northumbrian scenery.
Northumberland is one of Britain's most glorious landscapes, with the highest roads in England and the most stunning, raw countryside around. It seems empty of crowds too, which is a real plus!
In this film I used a Sony a6500 with the 24mm 1.8 lens, as well as the DJI Mavic Pro drone.

Cragside
Cragside is a country house near the town of Rothbury in Northumberland, England. It was the first house in the world to be lit using hydroelectric power. Built into a rocky hillside above a forest garden of just under 1,000 acres, it was the country home of armaments manufacturer, Lord Armstrong,[1] and has been in the care of the National Trust since 1977. The property was opened to the public in 1979.
