Deuxième et dernière (heureusement) journée de notre descente depuis le nord de la Norvège en passant par la Finlande et la Suède. Ce jour nous terminons ce « convoyage ». Depuis Arvidsjaur en où nous avions fait étape, nous allons à Trondheim, de retour donc en Norvège…
Ce sera une longue journée de route, globalement inintéressante question paysage et temps, jusqu’à ce que nous franchissions la frontière. Le hasard ? Des longues routes monotones suédoises sous un ciel gris, nous passons à celles de Norvège, jolies, et sous un ciel bleu. Saisissant contraste, peu avantageux pour le pays d’Alfred Nobel…

The school i went on has a hunting class, photogprahy class dogsled class and more. all based on outdoor life. sleeping in the nature, making food and getting away from the bussy life with expactations and standards. This is your year. and it was a great one.
It was an amazing year with insane experiences, great moments and even greater friendships. its the best decition i have ever done!

Yeahh,,,first pow pow of season, 12th August solo tour to Glittertind, Norway's 2nd highest mountain. 500vertm. of good snowboarding.
It was a long tour 29km of bike, hike, snowboard, hike and bike again.. Now been splitboarding 8 months in a row, 4 more to go..

Norwegian Campaign
The Norwegian Campaign was a Second World War campaign fought in Norway between the Allies and Germany after the latter's invasion of the country. In April, the United Kingdom and France came to Norway's aid with an expeditionary force. Despite moderate success in the northern parts of Norway, Germany's invasion of France in May eventually compelled the Allies to withdraw and the Norwegian government to seek exile in London. The campaign ended with the occupation of Norway by Germany, and the continued fighting of exiled Norwegian forces from abroad. The 62 days of fighting made Norway the nation that withstood a German invasion for the second longest period of time, after the Soviet Union.

The Greenpeace ship Esperanza is visiting the Arctic nature reserve Bear Island. Around 175 km from the island the Norwegian state owned oil
company Statoil is planning to drill the world's most northerly oil well this summer. If Statoil's rig leaks, the oil could engulf Bear Island in less than a week.
This would have a devastating impact on the millions of sea birds that come here to breed, the arctic foxes, and the occasional hunting polar bear.
Greenpeace Arctic Campaigner Sune Scheller is on board the Esperanza. Get a view inside the daily life on the ship and take a look at the pristine Bear Island.

The Norwegian Campaign was the attempted Allied liberation of the Scandinavian nation of Norway from Nazi Germany during the early stages of World War II and directly following the Nazi's invasion and occupation of the Norwegian mainland and government. It took place from April 9th, 1940 until June 10th the same year. The Allied campaign did not succeed, and it resulted in the fleeing of King Haakon VII along with the remainder of the royal family to Great Britain.
