This was an absolutely stunning hike with great views over the Norwegian city and fjords as well as a cool experience with a frozen lake on top of the mountain.
Sorry I've been slacking on the videos, I've been lacking creativity to post another video of me espousing the beauty of a certain place - our holidays are a lot of the same - quick sightseeing tours and a lot of walking seeing the surrounding locations.
This video contains a frozen lake, futuristic life planning, hiking, photography, a Christmas market, tons of snow and a Ferris wheel.

6 DAYS HIKING IN JOTUNHEIMEN, NORWAY (Panasonic G85)
Mini-documentary about a 6 day adventure in Jotunheimen, Norway, Including hikes to Besseggen, Kollhoin and Sør-Koppe. First we traveled 4 hours by car from Ulsteinvik to Bessheim. Then we walked 3 km up to Bessvatnet (a lake) to camp for 3 days. From there we hiked both Besseggen and Kollhoin. Then we headed for Brimi to set up our tents there, and the following day hike Sør-Koppe. Filmed with the Panasonic G85, editet in FCPX. Shot in 1080p 24fps.

Fløibanen Funicular - Bergen, Norway
Fløibanen is a funicular in Bergen, Norway which runs up the mountain of Fløyen. It is one of Bergen's major tourist attractions and one of Norway's most visited attractions. Over 1 million passengers a year have used it over the past few years. Fløibanen was officially opened on 15 January 1918.

Jeans, plastic ponchos and high-heels will not keep you dry and warm in the Norwegian mountains.
Plan your outdoor adventure at
DO THIS
Research the length, duration and recommended physical condition for the hike you want to do.
Check the weather conditions and always listen to the advice of the local mountain residents.
Buy or rent the right equipment for your trip.
Always bring enough food, drinks and an extra set of clothes in your backpack.
Check out the possibility of joining a guided tour.
AVOID THIS
Do not wear jeans, trainers or other everyday clothing.
Do not start your trip too late in the day, as you might risk having to hike in the dark.
Never start a mountain hike if you are not in good enough physical shape.
Do not depend on a map on your mobile device, as there is not always coverage in the mountains.
Pack it in, pack it out - don't leave anything, including trash, behind.
THE NORWEGIAN MOUNTAIN CODE
1. Plan your trip and let someone know where you are heading.
2. Customise the trip based on your ability and potential conditions.
3. Pay attention to the weather report and avalanche alerts.
4. Be prepared for storms and the cold; even on short trips.
5. Bring the necessary equipment so you can help yourself and others.
6. Choose safe routes. Be aware of terrain where landslide dangers exist and where there is unstable ice.
7. Use a map and compass, and always know where you are.
8. Head back in time - there is no shame in turning back.
9. Save your strength, and seek shelter if necessary.

When we travelled through southern Norway the rain really got us. Buuuut we definitely made the best out of it!
One of our first goals in this area was the well known hike up to the Preikestolen. But we fast recognized that we don't like touri stuff like that and went back to our roots - watch out what we can find and just try it! :)
That worked out pretty fine and we got some really nice hikes to some norwegian glacier tongues in :)

BERGEN NORWAY Nature and architecture
Bergen is a city on the southwest coast of Norway, surrounded by mountains and fjords. Here is the longest and deepest Norwegian fjord Sogne fjord. On the old promenade is a complex of colored wooden houses, called Bruggen. In the past, this quarter was the center of the Hanseatic Trade Union. A panoramic view of the city opens from Mount Floyen. You can climb there by the funicular Fleibanen. There are also hiking trails on the mountain. Another attraction of Bergen is the house-museum of the famous composer Edward Grieg.
