If you had a nickel for every video on youtube about how to get a six pack, you'd be sitting pretty right now. Then again, that doesn't say anything about the quality of the information in those how to get ab videos! For those reasons, I wanted to create the definitive guide on how to get a 6 pack regardless of the body fat level you're starting at. I'll take you step by step through a plan that will work for any level of bodyfat and also tell you what to ignore along the way.
First and foremost, there are no shortcuts to six pack abs! I know, there are some that would try and convince you otherwise, however most people watching videos like this can see right through the phoniness. If you want to get abs, you absolutely have to dedicate yourself to the goal from both a nutrition and training perspective. The fatter you are to start, the longer your path will be. However, you can do it.
We all have the same muscles that make up our six pack abs. Sure they can be slightly different in shape due to how the linea alba segments the rectus abdominus muscle, but they are there for the world to see if you follow a healthy eating plan and do the right ab exercises.
In this video I start all the way up at the 30-40% body fat level and work down to the fine tuning of your abs that are already visible at 5-7%. Each level provides you with a picture of what the typical bodyfat looks like so you can compare how far you have to go to get your 6 pack.
As you watch this step by step video on how to get abs, be sure to take note of the most important areas that you must address to get there. Be honest with your shortcomings and stop looking for shortcuts. It's the fastest way to get abs in the long run.
Let's face it, everybody would love to have a set of rock hard cut abs and a flat stomach. The problem is, it takes work to get there. Start with this video though, and you will be well on your way to getting your abs to show and ultimately having a ripped 6 pack.

The typical perception of women includes being gentle, dainty, and overall, staying home and taking care of the kids. There was a time in women’s history where larger women were doted on and desired, as being overweight meant that the woman came from a wealthy family that had plenty of food to eat, and little to no work was performed so there was no presence of exercise. But in this day and age, men want a woman who is slim, maybe a little toned, and overall gorgeous. Men typically want a woman who is smaller than them to help aid in their ego and masculinity to reassure their role as the protector of the house. If a woman goes around this status quo and dares to be different, it could mean that she will be alone and criticized by the public.
But there is a new world that women are exploring that was a man’s world for the longest time, and that is the world of bodybuilding. When we think of bodybuilders, we think of men such as Arnold Schwarzenegger who have large bulging muscles with their veins popping out and possibly abusing steroids. For decades, women have never thought about diving into this world, and the public had never considered the idea that women could also become bodybuilders. But in this video, there are ten women who have taken the risk and dove in headfirst into the world of bodybuilding. These women have rewritten tradition in the fitness world. This trend started in the 1970’s and has gone through an evolution of criticism, controversy, and overall acceptance of this sport.
Of course, men and women’s bodies are very different and react differently to the intense workout regime. Bodybuilders work out for several hours a day, constantly taking supplements to bulk up. But in the world of female bodybuilding, women are taking a different approach than what men have taken on. In the fitness world, women were once paranoid of getting those large bulging muscles like men have achieved, but recent studies have proven that this isn’t quite the case. So, female bodybuilder who are trying to get a little larger have a challenge ahead for them in their training. Sometimes that means having to go through extreme measures that have resulted in shocking transformations.
There have been female bodybuilders who have managed to get quite large with their muscles, and have made headlines and their own claim to fame by being trendsetters with their transformations. While the bulkier women aren’t as famous as the bodybuilders who look like models, they have still made some great achievements and paved the way for other women to follow suit, even if it means dramatically changing their bodies and even using steroids to do it.
The women in this video have also managed to pull off some amazing achievements in the world of female bodybuilding and making the sport more accessible for women all over the world. With online communities, training programs, and support from all corners of the world, more females are joining the world of bodybuilding, and now the men have to move over and make room.
16 year old pupil stabbed outside school gate
A 16 year old pupil from Hill-view Secondary in Newlands East in Durban is in a coma.
He was stabbed outside the school gate in what is believed to be a gang related incident.

13 year old girl charged with murder after stabbing friend during sleepover
Police have charged a 13-year-old suspect with murder for the stabbing death of a Fort Worth teenager.
Nylah Lightfoot, 14. was stabbed Tuesday morning at an apartment complex on Peyton Lane in South Fort Worth.
Family members say Nylah was spending the night at the suspect's house and they got into an argument. The female suspect pulled out a knife and stabbed Nylah several times, police said.
Nylah was taken to the hospital but did not survive. The medical examiner said she died from a stab wound to her neck and chest.
Fort Worth police are not identifying the suspect since she is a minor. She only wore handcuffs when she made her initial appearance before a judge on Thursday. They were attached to a belt that was secured around her waist.
The judge ruled the 13-year-old would not be released to her parents or anyone else and she will stay in juvenile detention.
Anntoinette Carter says her daughter and the 13-year-old murder suspect were on and off friends. She says the 13-year-old wanted to spend the night with Nylah. When Carter said no, the friend insisted Nylah come over and get clothes she'd left at the suspect's apartment.
“My baby was the sweetest little girl here. She didn't bother nobody,” Carter said. “ She made straight As. She was friends with everybody.
Carter became emotional as she described a confrontation that turned into a physical fight between the two teenage girls.
“She whooped you. You should have accepted it,” the mother said. “No, you had to go back in the house and get a knife and stab and kill my baby. Now, I'm daughterless. My heart feels like it's been ripped out and stomped on.
The parents of the 13-year-old were at the detention hearing but didn't want to talk.
Trent Loftin is a juvenile court attorney not associated with this case. He says because the girl is 13, she cannot be certified as an adult.
“At the age of 13 years old, you're within the parameters you can definitely be sentenced to prison for a long time,” he explained.
Nylah’s grandfather, Dwight Roberts, says this has devastated his family.
“Tore it up,” he said. “But it brings you together. Know what we need to do. This is a wakeup call for everybody.
“She didn't give me no problems. She was my backbone,” Carter said. “She helped me with everything. For her to do this to her, it's just wrong.
The attorney for the 13-year-old isn't ready to comment on camera but says eventually this case will have to go to a grand jury as part of the legal process.
According to the Crowley Independent School District, Nylah had just finished her eighth-grade year at H.F. Stevens Middle School. Classes ended Friday for summer vacation.
