She grills the beef on a table top pine charcoal grill, and eats her grilled meat wrapped in lettuce and topped with garlic, green onion, sesame oil and pickles.

International chefs joining the food extravaganza include Judy Joo a Leader in Nouvelle Korean in the UK. Born in Jersey, USA to Korean parents Judy has lived and worked in New York, San Francisco and London. Also attending Seoul Gourmet are chefs Joan Roca, the Head of El Celler de Can Roca, (a Michelin Guide 3-star restaurant), representative French chef Pascal Barbot, and Bjorn Frantzen, the star of 'Nordic Cuisine.' and twelve master Korean chefs.
