Offenham is a large rural village and civil parish in the Wychavon district of Worcestershire, England, located about three miles east of Evesham, in the Vale of Evesham. The River Avon flows through Offenham. The civil parish extends beyond the area of the settlement of Offenham and includes Blackminster Middle School and the Blackminster Trading Estate. It was awarded the title of Calor Worcestershire Village of the Year in 2004.

Open House Saturday 28th February 2015 at 12 noon.

An historic Tudor house set in the heart of the village with several outbuildings and a secluded south east facing garden offering scope for restoration and development. Dating back to 1502 the property has many original features including exposed beams, inglenook fireplaces and is Grade II listed.

Behind the main house is a beautiful private courtyard area. The main outbuilding, a large barn, is currently used for business purposes but offers plenty of development opportunities for a wide range of uses both residential and commercial.

We got flooded. Village is cut off and here is a video of a man in a tractor trying to get by the Fish and Anchor Pub by the River Avon and he got about 200 yards away before realizing the water was over his wheels.
