You are invited to join us for this very special dedication to honor those who have paid an especially heavy price for our freedom.

Help us honor their sacrifice and memory with the dedication of the Ohio Veterans' Memorial Park's POW/MIA Reflection Pond Wall.

Please join the Ohio Veterans' Memorial Park and the Strongsville V.F.W. Post 3345, Massillon american legion riders post 221, and Vietnam Veterans of America Chapter 717 along with special guest and POW Vern Westfall, U.S. Air Force pilot, Viet Nam as we unveil the 8x50 foot POW/MIA wall. The service will begin at 4:00 pm

Ohio Veterans' Memorial Park
Join us in honoring the men and women who have served in the United States Armed Forces. The 125 foot black granite wall contains the names of 3,094 men and 1 woman who gave their lives in service to our nation during the Vietnam War. Other monuments at the park pay honor to those from other wars that we have been involved in.
Dedication POW MIA Memorial Clinton Ohio
September of 2010 marked the beginning of the newest area of the park the POW / MIA Reflection Pond. The pond was dedicated on November 13th, 2010.
The pond and eternal flame are dedicated to all of those who have served as a Prisoner Of War or those who have still not returned home and are Missing In Action.
The Ohio Veterans' Memorial Park is the home of The Ohio Vietnam Veterans' Memorial Wall. This 125 foot long black granite wall is the longest free standing monument in the United States.
The polished black granite wall is engraved with the names of 3,094 men and 1 woman who gave their lives in combat in Southeast Asia during the Vietnam War.
The back of the wall is engraved with the histories of every war that Ohio has been involved, beginning with the War Of 1812.
